I believe that BetAdonis should be a good casino with the LCB approval. I just visited the casinos to check, and this casino seems to begin as a betting site and add casino, or to focus on sports betting more than casinos. Betadonis confiscated my 8000$ winnings with absourd reason!
I placed bet ID 8856496 and my bet is won. But they confiscated my winnings with reason:
“Please be kindly informed that your bet ID: 8856496 has been declined due to decreasing the budget of the matches, that is why your money has been returned to your balance. Please keep in mind that every sports event has its own budget which is limited that means when players become betting, the budget has its the highest limit and then it is getting lesser and lesser until it reaches its end.”

But I win only 8000$ (NOT eight millions dollars). I ask they to provide me paragraph rules that I broke but got nothing.

Hello VorLi, according to the answer of risk department your bet was cancelled before the events was finished. And checking in system shows that No winnings (as you stated) were ever deposited to your account from this bet. Please take into account that the company has the right to cancel any bet on its own discretion. Multible bets with abnormal odds can be cancelled.

I placed 3 accumulators (10-11 matches in each) 2 January (screenshot-1)

Matches are played everyday since 6 to 8 January.
But you canceled only at 8 January after my last match in accumulators was ended (screenshot-2)

So don’t lie! You cancel my bets AFTER all matches are ended. Not before.
And Betadonis delete this bets from bet history! Only this bets was deleted, not all.

We already asked the casino to inform us which exact rule you broke and why your bet was canceled. We are still waiting for the explanation from them. The casino claims that your bet was canceled because of the decreasing the budget of the matches and that they also returned your deposit. Money wasn't taken from players account, the bet was simply canceled before the event's completion. 

So let's see what they are going to say.

We have learned more information in the matter.

It was detected that our system opened wrong odds for Dart sport games during the updating issue.Therefore we canceled all players' bets in order to avoid unfair gain. We have right to cancel bets in the event of wrong odds. This was a general issue and including all our clients who placed bet for the same sport games.

wait something is not right here.

first the casino claims that the bet was " declined due to decreasing the budget of the matches" - what does this even mean??

then casino saod that such bet was "cancelled before the events was finished." 

and now they claim " It was detected that our system opened wrong odds for Dart sport games during the updating issue."

So which one is it? I really find it hard to believe that any of this is true , given 3 different explanations. Naturally any bookie reserve the right to void bets but there are strick rules when this can happen and why.

I make deposit to Betadonis casino and they have some payment issue this moment and my deposit coming to my account after 2 days. Now i when wanna make withdrawal they want i upload pic of my credit card to website. Thats fine, like all casino ask for verification. But all other casino ask me to hide 4 digits of front and this ccv from back, so i upload pic of my card what i take before and hide those things.

Betadonis say i have to show ALL DIGITS front and back because this issue what they have. Is that normal and most important, is it safe?

During the depositing bank transaction from your side we experienced some technical issue, and your payment was missing. After you contacted our live chat we added your deposit in a manual mode and in order to find and verify transaction in the log you were asked to provide certain card details (it was not required to provide cvv code that is on the reverse side of your credit card). In addition to abovementioned according to the company rules all the information provided by the customer is confidential and does not transfer to any third parties.

Concerning your request of money withdrawal according to our company terms and conditions in order to withdraw money using bank transfer the withdrawing amount should be not less 100 Euro.

I'll keep this short. I deposited 3650USD to betadonis via bitcoin. After playing through that sum once I ended up with 2733USD remaining. They approved my account and approved my 2733USD withdrawal, but a few days later it got cancelled. I keep requesting withdrawals and they keep approving and subsequently cancelling them. The first few days they blamed a "BTC issue". Eventually, a week later, the live chat rep told me their corporate account does not have enough BTC on it to fund my withdrawal, even though I deposited 3650USD and lost 900 of it.

I've tried many Skrill and neteller withdrawals, every time they cancel it after a few days and tell me there is a technical issue, try again in a few days.
