Do you find that reply from them acceptable? They simply re-open gambling addicted players accounts without their permission, sent them a mail about it and dont care, when they complaint. This casino is probably the most unresponsible casino I have ever seen, and the funny thing is... your site still see no problem in having their site listed in here with a 3,5 star rating. Luckily other review sites has decreased their rating to 0.0 like they deserves! This scam site should be closed forever. Sadly.. LCB still think they are a legit casino.

A casinos finest job is to protect their players. When a casino use their knowledge about gamblingaddicted players to their own benefidts, they should indeed be blacklisted. A review site like LCB should know this and try to prevent it from happen again. This company do clearly not care about responsible gambling and that should be more than enough to blacklist the site. Actually, a casino that do not want to co-operate with a site like yours should be blacklisted as well. This casino only want to co-operate, when they have a "winner-case" and LCB seems to accept that.
Why not react before they harm even more players? I don't get it... -

Betplays Scammers and Thieves.After I made a deposit of 2000 CAD BetPlays immediately limited my account. I was forced to make a maximum bet of $1 and all multiples. Then when I lost my bonus and made a withdrawal request, they suspended my account and my withdrawal of CAD 2200 was declined.
They accuse me of breaking their rules 9 and 16, but in reality I didn't break anything and they know it well. -

The customer registered on our website on 16/07/2023. Since then, he has Deposited a total of 4690.00 CAD and Withdrawn 5570.00 CAD. After carefully reviewing his account and betting activity, we have discovered that he has violated our General Terms and Conditions. The customer has violated the following rules of our General Terms and Conditions: Rule 9, Rule 16.10.2.13, and Rule 17.3. The customer took advantage by placing repeated multi bets, covering all possible outcomes of events using Bonus Funds in order to wager the bonus without risk, which is a severe violation of our T&C. For this reason, the customer's account was suspended.

Hello.Idid not see their answer, is it possible to open the case again? I made multi-bets because BetPlays limited my bet amount and type to a maximum of 1 dollar and only express bets and not ordinary bets. This is by no means a reason to steal my deposit. The main reason as you can see that I took off more than I put in.In his answer, the operator did not indicate that I had to play 18,000 Canadian dollars and make multiple bets of 1 dollar each, because there are limits around.

In his answer, the operator again lies about the violation, and forgets to say about the restrictions that they introduced immediately after my last deposit. They limited the amount of the bet to a maximum of 1 dollar and allowed only multiple bets, that is, they forced me to bet 18,000 dollars for 1 dollar bet and make a lot combinations. After the bonus was lost, I played my deposit in the casino and tried to withdraw 2200 dollars, but Betplays stole my deposit and suspended my account. And now they are looking for reasons to justify their fraudulent actions.

I deposited onto betplays and recieved the 150% welcome bonus. The roll over was pretty intense, having to bet 13x in 13 days but I was able to do it in 12 and had a moderate bankroll when I was done. I verified all my documents with them and completed the KYC process. I submitted a withdrawal request, and a week later I received an email saying I was in violation of rules 3, 9, 16, and 17. I read the rules thoroughly and quickly recognized that I didn't violate any of these so I contacted their support team. They refused to provide specifics claiming that if that information leaked people would be able to exploit it, but that I violated all 4 rules and that their decision was final. I was not able to even withdraw my initial deposit. To explain how ridiculous this is, Rule 3 is just a rule about not having multiple accounts. I have never had a previous account with betplays. I have no doubt that some people try to exploit their bonus system and create multiple accounts, but the account I opened was my only account. The account was in my own name and I completed the KYC process and provided all requested documents. They just keep repeating that they have proof that I had another account which is completely untrue.

"The following type of bets shall not count towards the wagering requirement: Starting price bets (SP), any type of Handicap, Draw No Bet, System bets, Over/Under bets, Odd/Even bets, Void/Cancelled/Draw bets, Cashed-Out bets, or bets placed with a Free Bet."

That's the same response they gave me, but it's simply not true. I have never had another account with betplays.
There's noone in my household also using betplays. I made 1 deposit with them so I'm not sure how that could possibly match a pattern of any sort. I know that's their reply but none of it is true. Completely fradulent. -

I made my first withdrawal request 11 days ago on 14th of May and it is still pending. Support keeps saying it's forwarded to relevant department but i have received no info what is the reason or when it will be resolved. I just did sportsbetting and happened to win few thousand euros mostly on NBA basketball. Very disappointing experience and communication so hoping you can help. Well after holding the withdrawal for more than 2 weeks they closed my account and kept my deposits and wins saying i have breached rules 3 and 9 which is completely untrue. I'm shocked and confused but they have refused to share any details, reasons or proof for locking my account and funds. I would very much welcome answer here or if someone has recommendation where i can dispute such ridiculous business? I have some thoughts such as the licence provider from CEG, egaming lawyers but holding on to hope the casino is willing to resolve it for now.

Obviously it's impossible for someone to have shared my device since i'm sole owner of my laptop and mobile phone but now i'm concerned they might have manufactured some fake evidence as i had randomly language changed to russian while the "investigation" was going on (Thought i just missclicked something at the time).
Anyway completely shocked how easily can sportsbooks just steal 8600€ and have absolutely no one review their procedures. Guess the minimum is a lesson learned to avoid the Curacao licenced scammers but will continue to seek justice through lawyers
