    Indeed, we are currently doing a redesign of the site and implementing some new and sweet features. One of which is a completely new tournament functionality, we will have tournaments running every 30 minutes! Unfortunately we can't give you an exact date when our revamped site will be live.

  • Hi, I have got an issue with bet it all. I guess, a misled question which security section decided something unappropiate. 

    They understood I had duplicate account and blocked/closed it.

    My account had been verified 20 days before that.

    Unfortunately, we can't disclose any specific details of the investigation however the reasoning and proofs have been provided to the forum administrators.

    Furthermore, Bet it All does not speculate as to why a user has chosen to make a duplicate account (use two accounts to play at a casino etc.).

    Could you tell us the process to open more than one account to play in your casino?

    If a customer has already an account in his name and makes an attemp to open a new one from his same ip or another ip or address, does your registering system detect that the name, address or personal details are trying to register?

    I would ask this forum administrators to know about this subject to prevent any future mistake that could damage my belongins. I undestand Bet it All cannot expose its security secrets. As I am sure I did not open another account nor played from another address but home , I wonder why was I punished?

    I realize Bet it all security section has decided I broke its rules. I guess, future or present player could be interested on the reason an account would be closed and online casino serious determinations.

    I have won earlier this month.
    My total winning amount is 16217 euros.
    I could not make a withdrawal to bitcoin and neteller I decided to contact support.
    Later on I found out that my account is disabled.
    I found an email requesting for documents and I complied.
    Since then after sending the documents, there is no feedback from the casino or support.
    Can you please help me communicate with the casino?
