Hello, I would like to share with you my bad experience with BETONRED casino.
As you can see on the screenshots, after a low deposit, I won a total of over €6,000, and after three days, when I finally got a response from them, my selection was rejected. ignoring emails and how that would not be enough. from 10.10 I played regularly, I moved up the levels, in the end the daily wheel and mission bonuses were canceled for me. of course, I contacted them several times to ask for an explanation as to why my level was also blocked from missions. No answer. please advise what should I do, I'm desperate. from the beginning, via live chat, they assured me that my money would be credited to my account and deceived me. I have fully documented the situation and will provide everything if necessary.
