I had a game error occur while playing classic dice dice on PC game period there was a issue with the stop Lost feature on the game as I had implemented a $10 stop loss threshold. It allowed 2 bets consecutively one for $45 and another for $550. This has already been confirmed by support and the ticket was raised and I was supposed to be refunded for the 2 bets but I still have not received them yet period I would like to ask that you guys reach a gentle by behalf who'd find out what's going on because I've tried to the furthest extent everything I can think of to do And I've been patient.

BC.Game has been using its house game LIMBO to cheat. I play the game with a 1.98x, which equates to a 50/50 odds of win/Loss. The actual bet history tells a story much different with non stop incredible losing streaks and what appears to be imposed ceilings whereby if you bet a large enough % of your balance you will get immediately crushed. I have bet history going back over a year with well over 30,000. Attached is just a small sample from today as well as my discourse with my VIP host. She actually just remained silent.
Bottom line. I've got data that shows them dealing me runs of consecutive lovers at 50/50 odds of 10, 11, 12, 13 in a row and occurring about once every 800 spins. But is the punishing bet ceiling that is so ridiculous. Every time you raise your bet, you can see what happens...you get wiped out so fast it can't possibly be 50/50 odds yet happen this way every time. It cannot. They cheat.
