Hello all. I would like to ask you to help me with an unfair situation. I played in Bao casino for first time and I won a reasonable amount of money.  Casino requested verification right away. It is not a problem for me, I sent everything they requested and even we had a Skype call which was very long. Need to say that it was especially difficult for me considering the fact that I am a Spanish speaking person and casino does not provide support in Spanish. They talked in English to translator on the phone and I listened to Spanish translation. Same way I was speaking Spanish to the translator. The call lasted for almost an hour. They were asking me very specific questions that I doubt every person that played in casino would answer. It looked like they were trying to find the question to which I do not have an answer. Not long after that I received an email telling that I did not pass their verification procedure. I think it is not fair as I met all the ruquirements. I sent a lot of documents and we had a conversation. What else does casino need to verify me? Now I want my money! You are not the first affiliate I am addressing to, so I know all their ´´arguments´´ by heart. I just hope that you could help me to resolve this

Hey bao casino.. I think its a good casino but i must say that you offered never any no deposid Bonusses for active players and the players quest is ridiculous.. And the Bonus terms are too really hopeless With the maximal cash out limits and many restricted games..... The casino Drops already very rarely a Bonus and than so strong Bonus terms.. I hope it was change maybe With the time anything because the casino has Potential.. 

The providers that you proposee are good.. And not more! Really good providers that i missed at bao casino are gamomat, novoline, Merkur (no blueprint) , oryx, playson, wazdan and and.. 

I hope that the one or other Provider are coming that Whas nice.  So i rated the casino with 6points of 10 .

Yes but before i must come to Level 60 ^^ it whas a long Hard way.. But all in one a good casino not the biggest casino but always growing up. And i hope that other providers are coming soon like gamomat or novomatic that whas mega.
