  • I deposited 50 EUR on 27/12/2019, and is still showing as "Processing". Today is 15/01/2020 and money still processing, looks like scam website. I contacted with them several times but no updates. After 3 weeks just received email from them-Cinderella. She asked is my issue already sorted, I told that not and she disappeared again. So no customer service, just took money from my bank account and disappeared. Try to avoid this guys!

  • Hello Mr Petr Slavich, I registered in your casino last year , you requiered many thing to verify my account, still, a live video asking for verification.

    I played at your casino in your live dealer games, I had the luck to win.

    I requested some withdrawals, you sent the first one to me, I use Payeer as a payment system.

    I deposited 3 o 4 times of 200 usd, after 3 weeks I could win some money and I requested a payout.

    You said that game provider were investigating me and you had to wait for it.

    There were other e-mail interchange which blamed me from doing impropper things.

    In the end, you decided not to pay, the amount were close to 2000 usd 

    I made some complaints last year which you discharged.

    Could you tell as why you decided to confiscate my funds and close my account?

    Why did not you just pay what i won and then told me to close my account? Which rule did I break?

    We have sent many e-mail each other last year

    Hi Petr, nice to see you write here, in the end , you decided not to pay my winnings due to a comment from a game provider. 

    You allowed me to deposit and play for weeks, there was not problem until I was lucky enough to win 2 times

    I believe, you should have paid what i won before blocking. Game provider just did not want anyone to win, they asked for complicated explanations and proofs, 

    I apprecciate if you tell us the cause you confiscated my winnings, and I thank you tell me how much you denied to pay
