    Hi nick, unfortunately your statement is false. The customer service is terrible at this casino. They blatantly ignore questions and also proof of emails stating my verification sent by the casino itself.

    Yeah I dropped 100 bucks no bonus and plinkoed for 650 but I go to withdraw and there's no opt for btc it says I must submit my i.d. the front and back of the card I deposited with(I used btc where's the btc withdraw)a selfie and a piece of mail. After they review them the btc withdraw is supposedly available. Haven't heard back it's been all day. Checked and their site doesn't have the license it claims to. Reported them to the proper gaming authority.

    But apparently upon running a traceroute, the site may originate from Moscow.
