  • I can finally withdraw now, that's great but not understanding why their terms says Bitcoin withdrawal max amount is $2000, I tried to withdraw $1915, and it won't allow me to withdraw but $500 in a 24 hr time frame?     I've been waiting for a withdrawal since the 23rd of February 

    this casino has disappointed me a lot.. after the problems with the account verification where they said they had not received the email with the documents... now I face another problem, this time about the withdrawal..Today completed 7 business days and I asked the agent if my payment would be processed today.. I was surprised when she said that she needed to verify my account and that my document had not been received...
    i had to prove that my account was verified until finally she said she needed to wait until the end of the day for the finance department to approve my withdrawal.. however until now the withdrawal is still pending..

  • This group of casino's are absurd. I mean yes some of the terms and conditions state withdrawals are processed between 2 to 7 days but Rich Palms just seem to do this to frustrate players and seems like they will payout at the very last minute.

    Most reputable casinos payout as soon as they possibly can but this establishment has the worst verification process and longest withdrawal processing times I've ever seen.

    I requested a withdrawal on the last 13th ie the day of your last reply here in LCB and  I would like to leave a comment

    the support of this casino is kind of complicated, they don't answer the live chat and they take an average of 3 days to answer emails... the casino is not bad however it needs to evolve a lot in terms of support and withdrawal time... I have the live chat open while I work and at this moment it has completed 2 hours of waiting..probably will not respond because they rarely respond..

    regarding the withdrawal, I made a request on the 13/05th, today is the 23/05th and it's still pending.. I think most customers don't like to wait that long and this can be considered a negative point..

    I would like to be paid if that is possible...

  • I made a $200 deposit on 21 May 2022.  In a few weeks, I ran that up to $1300 for a net win of $1,100

    I started the withdrawal verification process on 24 May.  This was needlessly complicated, but we figured it all out by 9 June... and then really figured out on 16 June.  

    I then tried to do a $500 withdrawal on 17 June. This was paid out on 27 June, but was paid short for $300.

    I requested a second payout of $500 the next day (28 June).  Today (7 July), I received another short payout, this time for $200.

    The terms of the payback are not as advertised.   They advertise $500/day and $2,000/week.  I have waited for a total of 20 days and have so far received $500 paid out via Bitcoin.

    I do not play with bonuses and have not been subject to any play through requirements or holds based on such.  This was a straight win.  At no point has anyone at shazam raised this as a concern and the fact that payments are being made would corroborate that.

    Happy to take any help I can get in seeing the accounting settled to regain trust in this provider.
