You might have money you dont know about

So this might not apply to everyone but my girlfriend and i have both experienced this.  I play at quite a few different sites and there's been times when i either got a call,  or my phone died, or i fell asleep etc.. then days or weeks later i go to a slot game and its in the middle of a bonus round that i completely forgot about our was unaware. Ive even won several hundred dollars on some of those bonus rounds or free spins on slots. Makes me wonder how many bonus games i may have pending on what sites.  Some service reps are kind enough to help you out with that at places like bitstarz. Well actually they're the only ones i know that will.  I tried at cloudbet and received no help.  Maybe im wording it wrong when i ask for help.  Has anyone else experienced this and maybe have some insight?

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. It's very interesting though. Casinos send email promotions, call phones, or SMS promos but I guess that they are valid for a certain period of time, sometimes for a few days only. I doubt many casinos would go back and check if you used this bonus or not. However, you can always try, you have nothing to lose. 

I vaguely remember that happening to me.  No idea what the slot was or what the bonus round was or even how much I won.  I was surprised to find the bonus game running - I do recall that.  I guess the answer is check all your favourite "go to" slots at all the casinos you play at.

I am so OCD about everything that there is no chance in the world i forget anything anywhere haha unless the casino added something without telling me. I would need to be a lot richer to "forget" bonuses lol. :D

In one casino last year i withdraw about 100€.After couple week i login again and see same money in my account ,and i withdraw them again haha so i got 200 lol
