won a 16000 dollar progressive on a free chip

  what a nightmare  i was playing a free $15.00 chip in clubworld casino
  i was playing food fight and i won over $16000.00
  the max payout is $150.00 
  i couldn't believe it
  help!    i called customer service and they told me that i could email the support manager and  tell them what happen and see if i could get a higher max pay out
  i do deposit there    I just had no money there at the time

  i am asking for any advice on what to do here  i am asking for help

There is really nothing you can do.  Its the terms of the free chip.  Its always 10x with Club World.  The only thing I hope is they put the progressive back on the game.  I never play that game but I think that is one that builds up forever.  

There is nothing to compain about because of the terms, but I would do what they said to do and email, but I would be surprised if they increase your payout.

No I didnt think your post was complaining it was a good question, I am just saying in case that dont do anything more.

Was it $16,000.00  or $1,600.00 ?    I just went on to food fight and saw the progressive is $62.00.  If it was $16,000.00  it took forever to build, again I hope they put the progressive back on the game.

                      it was over $16000.00  my balance is $16,302.13
                      i don't want to play anymore  so my high balance doesn't disappear

              should i go to the club world rep that we have here at the forum?
               

Yes I would inquire with the rep here.  The club world reps are very good. It doesnt hurt to ask, but we can all assume the answer.  Include in your question if they are going to put the progressive back on there.  I am curious.

              i emailed the support manager at club world casino group and they quickly sent a reply.  They said that I couldn't have the full payout because of the max rule :'(

            But as a gesture of good will they will double the max amount  that they will let me withdrawl $300.00.  They said that they will process it today.

Well I havent seen them put the progressive back in there.  Thats a shame if they dont.  There are a few games that take forever to hit, ie..Happy OX, Medal Tally,  3 Stooges.  Its shame that if they hit on a free chip they dont put it back.
