I see WinPalace has a 450 percent sign up bonus..very generous but alot of rogues pump out large scale chips...any one played here and had good experiences?

I don't think it is a rouge casino, I have deposited there several times, never had the chance to cashout, but it is recommened on a lot of forums.  I have read about people getting paid as well. 

I happen to deposit there a little too...and the cs is very nice...especially "Jordan"...if you deposit, and lose it all, wait a few hrs, contact Jordan @live chat or email him @ [email protected] & request a free chip. They always give me a free chip between $20-$25. Thats the reason I don't mind depositing there. I like 'em! 

well i won 800 bucks and then tried to withdrawl and they wont let me told me they was going to send an e-mail telling me why I wont get my money but never got that either..  Very pissed off

I wonder if there is a rep on the board, maybe you can get some answers.

No i talked to customer support who says they can do nothing because its the finance dept that controls that sort of thing and that they are sending me an e-mail that i never got...This was the last wait day until my fax form cleared and I could withdrawl, would'nt you know also the day they disabled my account!!

Sorry it took me long to reply, needed to get all the details from Winpalace finance.
As it is stated, this bonus is restricted to slot games only. By gaining all your winnings on restricted games, such as Blackjack, you broke the terms of the bonus. As 13oclock says in the first post, this is a very high bonus and this is the reason why it's a slots bonus only.
I apologize that you haven't received an immediate email, it was sent to you the same day, but only today Adriana noticed that it bounced back and resent it to you.
Needless to say that your deposit was immediately sent back.

N daniel did not clarify if you look on the slots 450 bonus that you offer through this site there is nothing that says their are restricted games NOTHING AT ALL all it says is there is a 35X playthrough,and then remember when I called you and you told me I was almost through with my playthrough and everything was OK. Then when I try to cash out I hear about all these RESTRICTED GAMES. well, personally, having played at several casinos, i assume with bonuses, that craps, blackjack, roulette and progressives do not apply toward bonus WR as they rarely do...but i do check the terms and conditions on their pages and verify with a rep before I play, and copy and paste my chat sessions

To clarify, i do not work directly for the casino, but for the affiliate program. Not to take any responsibility from myself, but it takes me time to check things out.
From the data i got yesterday you indeed have played restricted games before wagering your bonus and in my opinion the T&C are clear.
Nevertheless, i'll check again your complain with the casino and ask them to recheck all the details and the call you mention.

Folks, do yourself a favour and avoid this casino, if you can call it that. These games are set extremely tight, the customer service is very rude. Based on my initial deposit I played with a bankroll of $500. Usually RTG sites are fairly good with game hit frequency. NOT at Win Palace. My money was gone in less than 3 minutes. My payout ratio was 40%!! It is sites like this that cause people to chargeback. Again, avoid this site at ALL cost.

First gotta tell ya, Just love the cartoon! Those shoes are the bomb! I have played at WinPalace and after my documents were approved cashed out without any problems. I think it was a day or 2 after my request I had my money.  I don't think they are rogue, I like that casino, I don't use their bonuses because I think the playthrough is to high but when I do make a deposit there ( I have never deposited more than 50 dollars at a time) I usually get quite a bit of play time with them. I recommend them to you.

Just wanted to add I've played at winpalace quite a few times ,I have had my docs sent in and verified in a timely manner.  All emails phone ,calls very friendly cs.  They send out awsome bonuses at least every week, which is more then some.  I like winpalace the only thing missin is a loyalty program.

I have deposited at win palace many many times.  I got close one time....but wouldn't u know.....at just that point it turned sour hummm.......while they have bonus every week...if u can never make the play though what does that matter.......I play at alot of casinos and i'll deposit up to 10 ,15 times before i give up winpalace i have given up on there customer support is great...but if u never win or it always goes sour when ur close to the play though none of that matters.  MY personal opinion. The most legit casino online is INETBET.  I think time will prove me right about win palace.

I have won about $23000 playing slots from a 250$ deposit. My account is now locked and under investigation... I really hope that this isn't some way of trying to avoid paying my winnings... I will update as soon as I know more. 

The reason I got from WinPalace is believed "unfair gaming".. But I have surely done nothing strange or unfair.. I have only played big bets on slots and been really lucky.. I haven't even made a cash out request.. I have sent two emails and asked for a transparent investigation but I have not even got a reply.. Could perhaps Danielg the representative for WinPalace help me out here?? I'm pretty nervous right now since I won so much money.. Win Palace is definately one of my favorites! Now, I did have a nice win from them which paid out in a timely manner, but as much as that is also their very nice and helpful customer service &  freebies! Being fairly new to the whole online casino world..when I go to their chat, no matter how dumb the question prob is....they never make me feel that way.  Now...I have deposited quite a few times since my win, nothing more...yet =)  But my feelings are that they are a very reputable casino & I will be staying!
