I want to warn everyone to stay away from the site bonusblitz! They are a scam. I took a bonus offer that resulted in me winning over $1,000, but with a max cashout of $50, which I had mistakenly thought was $100, so when I requested the cashout I requested $100. The terms stated I would receive cashout after 72 hours. In this time I emailed the support (since there is no live support - should have been my first clue) numerous times asking what docs were needed to help expedite payment. I was mostly ignored. When they finally did answer I was asked to submit my I.D. with a selfie. Ok, I did that. Then another whole day later I was told I had to make a $10 verification deposit. Fairly standard. I immediately did that. 2 more days go by and the verification deposit still hadn't been posted and no one was answering my many emails. Finally after nearly 7 whole days I get a message saying withdrawal denied - max cashout $50! So instead of just cashing out the $50 I was entitled to, they are making me start the whole 72 hour BS from scratch! Just runaround tactics from another shady operator! STEER CLEAR!!!!

Please note: I am an avid player of many online casinos, both new and established. I am a loyal depositor of highly rated casinos, and unfortunately, learned the hard way of which casinos to avoid. I am always willing to give a casino the chance to prove their worth, but I am also not shy of alerting other potential players of casinos to avoid as a result of my experience. (I have a copy of the last email I sent BonusBlitz that outlines my entire ordeal that I am more than willing to share if requested). I hope this review/post is helpful to those contemplating whether or not to support BonusBlitz and open an account. HERE WE GO:
Signup and No-Deposit Bonus: Creating an account is a standard and rather easy process. Personal and correct legal information (name, address, d.o.b, etc.) is required. I claimed a $100 no-deposit bonus with a max cash out of $100 from a reputable website. At this point, there were no problems to point out, but generally this is the easiest point of all casinos. It is stated in the T&C that a "single successful deposit" to withdraw from a no-deposit bonus, and if its a "New Signup Bonus" no-deposit free chip a "verification deposit" must be made. THE MINIMUM AMOUNT NEEDED FOR VERIFICATION DEPOSIT DOES NOT ACCOMPANY THESE STATEMENTS.
THE BELOW INFORMATION IS WHERE MY OPINION BEGAN AND RATING STARTED FOR BONUSBLITZ.
Verification Process- From the second I submitted a withdrawal request and received BonusBlitz email rejection stating I needed to send in documents, to the moment I received the email stating my account was FINALLY verified, took 6 days (144 hours), well over their stated 72 hours. I received an email stating they have a right to extend this, and it could take "several business days". This was NOT an easy process like most highly rated casinos. Although the documents requested consisted solely of my valid identification card and selfie, over 9 emails were sent during the 6 day time frame requesting an account update. Not one email was received during this time from BonusBlitz confirming they had, at a minium, received my documents. I sent my documents in each and every email to their support team and banking team. Last night, I sent them one last lengthy email before I would revert to filing a dispute. I was then and currently now not happy about sending my personal information via email on more than one occasion and not receiving some form of acknowledgment it was received. My identity then becomes at risk, but this does not seem to be an issue or concern for BonusBlitz. No apology was ever received from BonusBlitz, even after I sent an email stating my concerns.
Account Verification Notification- It wasn't until after my last and lengthy email to BonusBlitz last night that I awoke today to an email from Banking stating my account has been verified. Great news right? Well, yes to some extent. The email ALSO informed me of a $10 verification deposit that was mandatory prior to making a withdrawal that had to made within 3 days of my account being verified or my winnings would be void. I'm not in dispute of this standard requirement, because I was aware of a verification deposit in the T&C. I am overly frustrated at the fact that in every generic email response I received over the course of 6 days, when an email reply was received, NOT ONCE was this mentioned, nor was the required minimum amount to deposit mentioned. BonusBlitz made sure to mention the procedure of withdrawal from non-deposit bonus and standard deposit but failed to mention this detail until the very last second.
Communication- At the convenience of BonusBlitz, players have no method of contacting support or gaining assistance from BonusBlitz other than sending an email. If it is something urgent, you are at the mercy of BonusBlitz and can only hope they reply. If they do reply, cross your fingers it is not an auto-reply , repetitive, or email containing irrelevant information that disregards your reason for needing assistance. LIVE CHAT support is NOT AVAILABLE, nor do they have a phone number to contact.
NOTE: At the time of this post, I have not made the verification deposit. I am waiting on a reply from BonusBlitz with answers to questions I posed regarding information that was withheld until they found necessary to release.

I played at this casino on Monday - It was new, so I cautiously deposited $60 BTC and took the 100% bonus with 1x play through and no max withdrawal or max hand - I made the play through and checked out the withdrawal T&C - and made the withdrawal request knowing about their ridiculous 72-hour wait rule - what I didn't see hidden in the bonus section was the fact that you cannot withdraw the bonus - after 72 hours which was more like 85 by the time they contacted me, they denied my withdrawal. I had to start it all over again minus the bonus amount of $60, which left me with a request for $105, but the kicker is I have to wait another 72 business day hours, meaning since today is Thursday, I won't know anything until next week Tues. I have sent them the documents for verification, but they have not acknowledged them. Needless to say, once I get my withdrawal if I do, I will not be playing at this casino, and I would suggest that there are better casino's out there to play at with much quicker response times and withdrawals

Im sure you have seen the experience that I posted on this thread regarding BonusBlitz. According to BonusBlitz Banking in an email they sent me numerous times, and irrelevant to the info I requested if you deposited using crypto they stated no account verification is needed. The email they sent me is attached to this post for you to see. The information they provide is contradicting and very evasive.

Now bonusblitz.com is become Instant Withdrawal payout and I had one recently. Initially I had the same issue with bonusblitz.com when they said payout in 72 hours and no payout email triggered around March '23. I reached to support team, got payout team email and sent couple of emails and got then. After second payout recent was instant. No issues with other sites like Brango, CasinoExtreme, yappy & limitless, they did instant payout right from my join. Only concern is I have is only one withdrawal payout per day which sometimes seems to be favor our side. When you think to withdraw then withdraw it. Thinking of only one withdrawal per day and keep playing would lose the money end of the day. I did lose some money like that.

I have been playing there without a issue. But yes the first time you ask for a withdrawal it does take a few days 3 to 5 days if you submitted the required documents. After that you recieve a email you unlocked instant withdrawals. I have cashed out 3 times with only depositing the 10 dollar verification deposit. So if your complaints are for the verification process check some of the others out that puts you waiting for 7 to 14 days.

Here's an UPDATE to my previous post!
After receiving confirmation that my account was verified, my withdrawal was transferred to my wallet without any problems. After the initial waiting period for verification and making a first-time deposit of $10 to cash out winnings from the first free bonus, I haven't had any issues.
The payout time has significantly improved; I've received it in my wallet within 15-30 minutes. The loyalty rewards are similar to those of Limitless Casino, Casino Extreme, Casino Brango, and Yabby Casino.

Bonusblitz is a joke (scam)
I won on one of their new player bonuses. I submitted my documents and received an email stating I was verified and approved. I was instructed to contact customer service on the site to cash out. There is no chat button. I have sent 12 emails over the past 4 weeks with no reply from their so called customer service.
Save your money and time. Stay away from bonusblitz -

You know, this does nothing for me, because like those other sites you mentioned that allow a couple free back to backs and still give you your bonus based on terms and conditions if it, bonus blitz paid me my 50 bucks, because I adhered to the terms,, which original posted admits they did not. I need a review of someone who deposited and followed terms.

I have been playing at bonus blitz since it opened. The 72 wait for withdraw is only on the first withdraw. I have done fairly well playing here and i deposit quite often and after initial verification and withdraw Bonus Blitz is on par with all of the Spin Logic ran casinos. Instant cashout fast deposit times. If you can bear with the initial incompetence of their support staff it is a fairly well site.

I just like to throw out there you should always check max Cash out limits Max bet limits wage requirements all of that before you ever accept a bonus, furthermore if you don't want to have to keep up with the deeds that you agreed to by accepting it just gamble with your own money instead of house money

Thanks Coyielynn sharing your experience and really feeling very sorry for you the trouble you faced. I mostly mentioned one point that all players unite at this point that after getting the no deposit bonus they will not deposit verification amount.
