Hey i have to show you something, will need time to read but then u know whats up.
They tell u need to play 2000 on slots to get winnings and blackjack etc doesnt count, but they did not say if i play it im disqualified, now ive played blackjack for a few hundred then for nearly 3000 slots and a few other games, and after i did this i hab ~1000 $ and they disqualified me because i played blackjack as well and other games and not just slots...

So look out, they dont make clear rules for everyone and yea i wouldnt play there again, they are realy realy bad and cant loose,

hey, friend of mine had same problem, played just 4 fun for 100 $ bj and for 6000 $ a slot game, same thing he won about 2k and got disqualified, the rules are real bad, and they are not clear, they just say dont count to wagering requirements, and not that u are not allowed to play this, in my opinion the rules are not clear and real bad, and disqualification ? this sucks... maybe the are afraid to loose or they have no money to pay so they do this stupid unclear rule ? i dont know

Im afraid your complaint has no ground. You are talking semantics here. Our review shows only slots as allowed game, and yes it does state which games do not count toward meeting the wagering requirement.

When certain games do not count towards WR then it means they are excluded..

This is pretty clear and widely accepted practice at all casinos. Our reviews are guidelines for casinos and bonuses and they are reflecting casino terms and conditions. Of course every player has a duty to read the full T&Cs at the casino.

But this case is pretty clear. You played non allowed games, so your winnings are voided.

do screenshots of your bonus rules when you request your bonus.  Of course they have the right to change anything at anytime, but at least you will have a record of the rules at the time you obtained the bonus.  And always check the bonus requirements as listed in the cashier at the casino no matter if LCB or any forum tells you something, the casino rules the rules.
