You can call it whatever you like but if it's a way to maximize your winnings while taking the least amount of chance possible to do so, I think it's smart and worth mentioning. This topic is devoted specifically to how to win at Video Poker. How have you done lately?

Again some of your "tips"  are nonesense,  "Strike when its hot"  please, get a grip.  Your the same person that plays rogue casinos, and gives the advice of "be Polite" to get paid by a rogue.  So if your so awesome and have all these great tips, why did you not win at alladins gold?  If your always winning so much how do you have time to type on this forum?  You must be losing money by typing these tips rather than playing a hand of video poker.

Thats uncalled for.  Secondly is that the best you can come up with?  I called your tips BS specifically so that some person doest take your tip and keep playing so they end up losing their rent.  People take things literally on here, and unfortunately someone saying to keep playing when your winning, is being like a pusher.  You have also done this in the past promoting rogue casinos.  You want to continue this then send me a message privately.

I think we're all adults here. I've played at almost every casino on the LCB list and I stand by everything I've said. I've done well, I've posted screenshots to prove it. It would be nice to hear of someone else doing well, or at least saying something nice.

I made a comment earlier that I had an amazing time at Aladdin's Casino. Over the course of a week or more I just kept winning and winning. Then like a switch was flipped I couldn't win anything. I'm totally convinced now that online casinos adjust that payout percentage at will. My advice is to cash out while you're up.

Always cashout when you're up - but we don't do we.  We are gamblers.  I more often than not do cashout but when I don't and  I just waste my winnings in a matter of minutes, I get mad with myself. 

You are so right, I do always leave when I'm up but sometimes I give back way too much thinking I've gone so long without a win that SURELY it's coming real soon. Not always the case for whatever the reason. I think sometimes casinos lure you in that way, let you win easily several times so when you deposit a lot or up the bet you end up losing a lot. We can learn from this lesson for sure.

Correction: I said I always leave when I'm up. What I meant was when I've won and am continuing to play until I feel it's time to go.

I've tried to win again at Alladins Gold and have played and played and played with no success at all. The most I was up was $150 or so with a $150 deposit. I should have cashed that out. Since they pay out quick I was hoping this was the casino I could keep going back to and make one of my favorites. I won so easily the first week, but now........nothing. Should have cashed out more in the beginning. I would stay clear from them if you've already won anything at all.

Saying you should stay away from alladins if you have won is not a fair assessment against this group, especially after you said you were up. The Clubworld Casinos are some of the more trusted casinos.  Like you said you should have cashed out when you were up.

Did you know the Clubworld group has a bunch of casinos you can try, probably 7 or 8.  Maybe switching around to some of their other casinos would help your strategy.

I  do go to alternate casinos for a while if I win big on one casino. But that's a personal choice, some people keep playing at a casino after a big cashout , some win more, some lose.

Yes you are absolutely right BMW. I'll try some of the others when I go back. I did try High Noon and All Star Slots once each with no success but I can't base my success on one deposit. I have to admit I really like that they pay so quickly. The "Pay my Card" option has only a $9 fee and took 4 days.

You also have Clubworld, Manhattan, Lucky Red, Buzzluck.

Buzzluck is nuworks so its going to be different then the RTG.  I just took a look at the Buzzluck poker and it doesn't look like anything flashy, but I guess cards are cards.

Well I have good and bad news about Alladins Gold (Club World Casinos)
I've spent quite a bit of time playing there over the past 6 Months and although I LOVE the payout process called "Pay my Card" which you receive your funds in less than a week directly to a card you've used to deposit. (no pre-paid cards), I've found it very hard to win much there. Also once I started winning anything at all, they quickly quit giving me any bonuses or cash back or even comp. Just wanted everyone to know. Good luck all.

Look at all the other casinos in there group you can play, I gave you the list above a long time ago, don't stick with just one.

I have never heard them stopping comp points, the only thing they may stop is personal bonuses.  You should look at their standard daily bonuses which you should be able to still claim.

Yes and thank you for suggesting the Club World group. I did deposit at most of their casinos except the one located in Africa that only uses that currency. I seemed to have the best luck at Alladins Gold. Looking at their pay tables they seem to be in line with others but for some reason I just had a hard time winning. Odd thing, the 1st two weeks I played there it seemed like I couldn't lose, from that point on, it's like someone flipped the switch off.

Here's an update on Captain Jack;
First let me say I have yet to decide if I think anythings changed there (from terribly long pay outs waits).
I received a magazine called Player Rewards from this casino group and there were many articles about how things have been changed and improved. I decided to deposit a small amount and play there one more time to see if I had better luck than Alladin's Gold and immediately won big. I received the 1st check in just over 1 month though apparently they now offer the "pay2card" option though it's still not an options on the withdrawals page. I guess you have to ask.
I'm now waiting on the other checks, so I'll report back soon and let you know if I think things have improved. For now I'd say continue to play there at your own risk.

Due to the amount of complaints about not getting paid, I would like to offer some advice. There are good and bad casinos as you no doubt are aware. In my experience both will eventually pay you.

Here's 3 TIPS to ensure they do.
#1. UNDERSTAND THE BONUS TERMS If you take a bonus (which I very seldom do anymore) understand the terms. You should ask 4 questions: (if they're not listed in print on the bonus terms)

A. What are the Allowable games?
B. What is the Playthrough amount?
C. Is there a Maximum cash out?

Most bonuses have a 30X or 45X playthrough for slots. If you play Video poker each dollar may count for as little as .20 toward that amount!
What does that mean?
EXAMPLE; you deposit $50 with a 200% bonus 30X playthrough and no max. cash out. lets assume that VP wagering amounts count for .20 per dollar wagered.
$50 (deposit) + $100 (bonus) = $150 (amount you will play with) x 30 = $4500 (if you play slots) x 5 (.20 x 1.00) = $22,500 (if you play VP) That's how much you have to play before you can cash out.
Remember when you cash out most casinos deduct the bonus amount ($100) from your winnings.

#2. BE COOL. Problems start when a player loses his or her cool (and patience) and begins swearing or insulting the casino staff. They get angry and quit cooperating with your inquiries. I know it's hard waiting 2 months to get paid but be a patient as you can. I try to stay in contact every few weeks so they know I haven't forgotten. I also try to imagine that the person on the other end of the chat is just an hourly person relaying the rules of the casino to me but they do have the power to cut off my chat.

#3 KEEP TRACK of your transactions; date, deposit amount, bonus amount, terms and withdrawal amount and that date. You can usually find that info on your history in the Real Time Gaming (RTG) casinos. The others I don't know,  I typically only play at  RTG casinos. Their info can be confusing so you should keep track yourself. I have caught mistakes in their history and had to contact chat and eventually the financial department to have them corrected. Usually regarding bonuses.

LASTLY if you have have followed all the terms and you feel you are being shorted find the representative for that casino here on LCB and send them an email.  In the email be as specific as possible IE: dates, amounts, bonus etc. They have helped me in the past and they will help you.
To date I've never once not been paid the amount I won.

Your statement of bad casinos will eventually pay you is uncalled for.  You shouldn't lead anyone to believe that they are going to get paid by a rogue, regardless of whether YOU have been paid in the past.

#1) in your post should be to make sure you do your research on the casino. 

I understand you not only gamble on video poker, but you also gamble on the choice of casinos you play at.  This doesn't mean others should go play rogues just because you do.

I do agree, one should definitely research the casino they intend to play at before depositing.
I assumed that goes without saying, sorry. There are several I've researched and chose not to play at because of what I've read.  This site is an excellent place to find reviews.

That being said, I've cashed out 51 times combined at the Virtual group and Silver Oak group casinos and been paid all 51 times. (Slow pay though, usually 1-2 months) Does that mean that you will get paid? Maybe not, but I offered the previous advice to maximize your chances no matter where you play and if you can't wait 1-2 months for your money, don't play at some of these casinos. Club World casinos have paid me very fast, I just haven't won a lot there.

These comments are just my personal experience of course take it or leave it.
In the end I hope any advice I have here helps you win more.

Be smart, educate yourself on how and where to play. Do your research, listen to those with experience and play only what you feel is a bit of entertainment and you can afford to lose. You can always come back next week and try again.

Hello all. I just thought I would update you on the comment BMWSTACK made that I probably wouldn't get paid from Captain Jack and also that he wondered if they were even still open. As I expected, it took about 6 weeks but they paid in full.
I do agree though, if you play at this group, you should be willing to wait a while to get paid. From 4 to 8 weeks in my experience. They did something different this time too. When I won big, they split up the payout into parts then processed each one separately about a week apart. I think this is unfair but they tell me it's the restrictions on banking in the US.  Anyway I still love this game, and I love love love winning. (Alladins Gold pays much quicker though)

Hey here's some advice. Keep track of everything. Totals I keep are: Casino, deposit, win, bonus taken win received and dates of all.  I do this for land based casinos now too, it keeps me honest with myself.
