    When you have make a registration and activate account you should have automaticly created casinoroom. I think you should click big pink Vera&John ball icon in frontside and you see your room, then just click edit button,its down in your room. Then you can change slots and background in your room.  kiss

    I am not at maximum for it or something; since in april no one had rated my room ...

    You know that you can rate only 2 rooms per day and 10 per month.
    Your room can be rated 2 times day and 5 per month.
