Nic and the other rep for VRC seem to be MIA.. at least since last week sometime.

I've noticed that also. Kinda makes me go hmmm also. I've read at another forum that the contest winner from 2/25 never received the free chip and Nic's email is overloaded there.
I never received my cashback bonus this week and live help is useless.
I think I'm going to hold off with any deposits until we find the MIA persons.

after couple months of giving out generous free chips from VRC, it came to a stop last week.  Dont you all miss it? 

Not just the free chips. I miss the constant involvement of somebody either VRC or Nicolas.I felt secure knowing somebody from VRC would read the forum and respond.  It seems very strange that everything came to a complete hold. I hope that everything is okay with them and no funny business going on.

I have yet to be told no when asking live support if they have any chips that I would be qualified for.  I even asked 2 days after another chip without depositing between and got a $10.  That one I really did not expect.  My girlfriend asked how I always seemed to have something in there so I was showing her how to ask live support nicely.  I even told her that they wouldn't say yes before asking. 

I think they deserve a little break from us.  I mean come on, we are so spoiled by them that a week goes by without a chip after almost everyone here got something from the picture contest.  I figure they are probibly gearing up for easter-spring break.

although I will seriously cry if I cant get my netspend working again.  I only deposit out of tips that I get on any given day, and if I use my netspend My girlfriend doesn't bug me about it, and I don't allways have enough extra tip money to fund quicktender.  I drive towtruck so some days I get $20 in tips and others I get $100+..

And of course its gotta be the week I make close to 500$ in deposits...ugh. I feel like a fool.

It get's a little fishier to me as time goes by.  Very odd that a forum favorite casino and it's rep's have vanished. 

The reports that management and support are not getting back to emails makes it even more odd.

Hit and run?  How long has VRC been around?  I know that they are investor owned per their affiliate website..

I did notice that Nick has Costa Rica listed in his profile.  I would show a little patience,  Central and South America did just get rocked pretty hard.

they had to stop the nice bonuses because Scary Rich game due for a big hit, maybe 5 vampires come out during free spins, lol.  They know that not many players would play this game if their deposits are not with the bonus, lol.

I would think that they would want any really big win to get cut down when playthrough on a bonus is made.

I would deposit, get a great nd chip, deposit, get a nd chip, deposit....I quit depositing when the nd chips stopped.  I am a player....never ever cash out, just play, so why the chips stopped I don't know.  But so did my deposits.

I hear a lot of banks are questioning deposits, even the gift card people....

As we get closer to something passing legislation in the US there are probibly going to be more problems.  I would imagine that finantual institutions are preparing for the expected rules that any legislation would put into place.  There is a thread about mastercard doing that somewhere

Received my answer from Mister Frank Miller today. He  said that I deposited that week $137 and received $147 in bonuses, so I did not qualify for the cash back. Funny, this was never an issue before, got lot's of free bonuses and took advantage of some deposit bonuses and still received the cash back.

That is not how it was explained by VRC, it was my understanding that the overall deposits minus withdrawals would qualify for the weekly bonus. I have never cashed out any money since I have played there.

I guess rules can be changed as they see fit.

Oh well, they can keep the $13, maybe they need it more than I do. Time to find another casino. It is a shame how much I started to trust them and to see day by day more stuff going on and it makes me feel like an idiot that I fell for this outfit.

I agree with you Lagunagirl.

I think that the multi free chips and special bonuses was the best thing going online.  I would be willing to bet there was a lot more depositing going on during that time.  It was almost as if you felt obligated to deposit because of their generosity. 

Oh well..

Now my promotions are filled with all of the generic regular deposit bonuses that I can get anywhere else with a casino that has a rep and superb support.

Hopefully they come back strong again.

I hope they do soon. I checked my account and not really any interesting bonus offers...Of course, some of the vegas techs have some nice free slots going on.

I can survive without Rivals...Maybe I might just change my mind about those VT's and let them have some $ instead.

Which VT are you using?  I have never played on them and tried Go Casino the other day.. waited 20 mins for a live support rep who said it would be 48 hours before I received the bonus.. that was 5 days ago and still nothing.

Any suggestions? Would like one with an okay freebie since Ive never played.

Well, Harbour Casino has a "Movie Magic" tourney running..There's 2 more with them also and this runs till the 8th of March. Plus Crazy Slots have a huge tourney starting March 5th. Free as it is.

I'm in 13th position now with HC, crossing fingers not to drop below 20th, I will win $25 is I stay near my position right now...


Go casino I'd really hesitate to deposit with frankly. They have ALWAYS been a bit questionable for me.

Sorry I haven't been here in the last week. Nothing wrong, just a lot of work on my end.

We did have a slow start in promotions this month, but we have no plans on changing our direction. In fact today we just put out a $15 Free Chip + New Bonuses, and we will have plenty more free chips bonuses and contest during this month.

Hey Gene, I didnt think I was seeing things. Did they bump that tourney up to the 8th cause I could of swore it was the 5th?

DAMN, I thought I WAS THE ONLY PERSON WHO SAW THAT!!

I can remember setting my calendar for that reason and then see they changed it to the 8th and now I think THAt may be the reason why I am confused.

It "Has" started, but they may have "Stopped" it for now (I have emailed them) and so "Maybe" I'll get an answer.
