    As a avid Poli user, I explained not only once, but twice to the online team how I registered my brother's card to claim the $10 card registration bonus thru Virtual City Casino, they assured me it would all still go ahead under my account. I waited and i checked and i waited and i checked, 3 times I asked for conformation it was still going ahead and kept getting " within the next 2hours" finally after 1 and a half hours of waiting and checking, i aske again. Finally got someone that told me it wouldn't because of credit card being in a different name. Why could I not have been told this initially?? god knows?? come on casino reward casinos and personnel!! lift your game, everything seems to be slow and drawn out!! very disgruntled!!
