Bitstarz Unbelievable Client Care

I hope I'm posting this in the correct section of the forum, and if I'm not, please feel free to move it or request that I do.

I am compelled to write this post about Bitstarz, and the unbelievable manner in which they handled a situation to my benefit! I can't go into too much detail, but I will say that in my ignorance, I created a problem which came to light when I won a pretty good sum of BTC, and requested a withdrawal. 

After patient, multiple conversations with James, it was evident that I was clearly, blatantly at fault. They were certainly within their rights to deny my request, and tell me to have a nice life. 

However, they did not take that option. They informed me that they would have to close my account (rightfully so) but they would do so after paying me my winnings!!!!

Those winnings were in my e-wallet before I even responded to their exceptionally kind resolution! Not only that, I received an email from Mike informing me that they had temporarily opened my account back up, because I had 0.00717180 BTC remaining in my account that I needed to put in a withdrawal request for, so that I would receive my full amount due had I not been such a dummy.

That is unheard of in my experience, and I am blown away by the level of professionalism, and just plain old desire to take care of a customer, even if they are not the brightest one they have.

Bitstarz, along with Mike and James, epitomize everything I wish all online casinos represented. I am not being the least bit melodramatic when I say that I am truly saddened by the loss of my ability to play there. I can't recommend them strongly enough to those of you who DO have that opportunity. 

I've never been treated more fairly and generously in a situation in my life, whether online or in the real world.

My respect for those two guys and Bitstarz can't be overstated. I hope this helps someone who is looking for an honorable, legitimate place to spend their hard earned money. I know you will not be disappointed.

Hey Todd, thanks for sharing your story with us. Glad to hear that you got paid out even though Bitstarz closed your player account. I mean, let me get this right, you broke a rule at Bitstarz, probably violated some of the T&S's, which caused them to close your player account, then they reward you for breaking their rules by allowing you to cash out (twice it seems) Hmmm, interesting, and thanks for sharing :)

It's a bit more complicated than that, and that's between the two of us. Let's just say that given the option to be kind, generous, and  logical, or deceitful, duplicitous, and sketchy, they chose the former. I would strongly disagree with your assertion that they "rewarded" me for possibly violating their rules. I  would instead say that they honored the wins I had and stayed true to the spirit of fairness, in that they had accepted my money without question on many occasions, and therefore felt obliged to return some of it within the same parameters in which they accepted it.

That's a far cry from other highly recommended operators who gladly let you deposit woth no questions asked, and then find some technicality in their T&C's to avoid paying you if you get extremely lucky and manage to win something. 

Call it what you will, but I'll define their actions as honorable, logical, and ethical, given the fact that while they certainly could have punished me on a technicality, they instead followed the "golden rule" and treated me as they would have wanted to be treated.

I can respect that, and I'm sure they can live with it as well. 

I didn't intentionally try to defraud, or mislead them, and they took that into consideration. Sounds absolutely humane, and unfortunately uncommon these days...

Nothing makes me happier on a Monday morning than waking up to see a message like this.

We always strive to be as fair as we possibly can, and to listen to our players, and be as active and open as humanly possible. Sometimes we get it wrong, and sometimes we get it right, we're not perfect, but that can be a positive thing too, because that means we work harder as we want to get there.

I'm personally humbled by the kind feedback and I know you're making the support guys, Nick and also my day when you write kind words like this.
