    Thanks very much for letting us know. We are not happy about it too. 

    We found this in their T&C: All Deposits of 249 USD/EURO/GBP or less have a max withdrawal of 10X the deposit for that specific play session (all other currencies pegged to USD). Once a withdrawal is approved, the casino applies the 10X rule and corrects the withdrawal to accurately reflect the 10X rule. The remaining funds are deemed 'Non-Withdrawable' and are cleared from the player's balance.

Once in February (once the account was fully verified as it should have when a customer has a cashout) and again in March. (Both payments were via Bitcoin, so of course, providing proof would be easy if necessary) Although withdrawals from free play may naturally receive lower priority, everything was done according to our T&Cs, and according to the stated timeframes. We very much suggest for our customers to be in touch with their account managers, who tend to be very responsive and answer any question within 24 hours, and who have access to the withdrawals details.   • True Fortune is straight garbage. They gave me my $10 bonus. I did the playthrough. They told me to deposit make a deposit to be able to withdraw. So I put the 25 in bitcoins. Guy told me to take a couple hours for the withdrawal. Then after they get my money they want my form of ID and proof of residence. Almost 72 hours later so I haven't been verified then after almost 3 days they sent me an email telling me that it could take up to 18 business days to get my withdrawal. This is what their email said. And I quote. ( Hello Erik,

    As a general rule and according to our T&C's, withdrawals can take up to 18 business days at the latest, from the day the account has been fully verified with the relevant documents.

  • You know it's sad about true Fortune casino? Is when they convince me to make a deposit to get my withdrawal they'll talk to you until you want your money and then they ignore you. Come on make a deposit of $25 and you can have your withdrawal within a couple hours. Then oh it could take up to 72 hours. Then it's oh no it's up to 72 hours just to have your address and ID verified.52 hours later get an email saying oh it could take an additional 18 business days to get your withdrawal after your verification of address. I wish I would have looked this place up before I committed because it's the first time I've had somebody try me like this. If you ever play this place I pity you cuz they're piss poor

  • Just wanted to give an update you know I'm going to go as it comes for updates. Actually spoke to a support member that actually talk to me and help me for what she could do. But after 72 hour max weight to get my ID verified my bank statement was not good enough for my name and address approval. So I had to send in a hospital bill. But nobody emailed me this I had to go on to chat to find us out so 72 hours was up and yet nothing from them like they told me after a day of waiting that it could possibly take 72 hours.
