  • Yep, just heard about this myself. And this is good news for all US players as they will be accepted by the casino. Also, I read that they are preparing many new promos, and that new games will, of course, be featured.

But I notice here that the other code that does not seem to work is shown as NDB31 and in Luckynn's thread regarding this casino the code is LCB31... perhaps that one will work? I don't want to do 2 chips in a row so I don't want to test it out. Good luck.

    If a code is valid you should still be able to use it once you've made a deposit i.e. no double free chips in a row.  Don't take my word for it though - I would hate to think you made a deposit and then couldn't get it.

  • I am just wondering if these accounts don't seem to be from LCB link because the accounts were transferred from the old Rival software by the casino and not directly set up using the LCB link?

    Normally when we download from LCB we also set up the account at that time through that link. Now we are only downloading the software, but not setting up new accounts.

    hmmmm...this is the exact same thing and the exact same amount that I have been in limbo for.  I requested my withdrawal on 10/9.  5 business days have lapsed but still nothing.  Support has been extremely vague in answering my repeated requests to obtain a status on my pending withdrawal.  They approved all my faxback documentation on the same day I submitted them, which was 10/9.  Does anyone know if we have an account rep for the "new" Slotocash so that we can obtain some answers?  I am extremely leary about any future deposits with them until I get this withdrawal confirmed and received!
  • OK, after some very recent email correspondence with SlotoCash support this morning regarding the ACH wire withdrawal I have in process, I feel <slightly> better about receiving the funds without any problems.  They reassured me that nothing was wrong with my doocuments/request and this is why it is taking slighter longer than "normal" to process withdrawals: "we recently had a number of wires frozen by the US, due to all international wires currently being subject to investigation. This means that for this month only withdrawals will take slightly longer. However your withdrawal will be processed this weekend and the funds should not take the time quoted by support, this is just a precautionary measure."  They also went on to say that they hope to have the check option available to us USA players very soon.

    So, patrickcrain, perhaps this is the issue with your withdrawal as well and I ask you to be a little more patient and allow them to work out some problems since they are rather new to the RTG platform.  Hang in there...and I'll be sure to let you know when I've received my funds!

    after the first 7 bonuses and no win, I claimed the 100% bonus and met playthrough, I thought with a balance of close to $2000.

    Only to find out that "this slot bonus", the only one with different terms, didn't include real series so I forfieted all.

    read the bonus terms on every bonus you redeem after the first seven to avoid my loss of winnings.

  • I think you guys should send them an email regarding comp pts.  Rival comp and RTG comp are completely different.  1000 pts = $1 for rivals, 100 pts = $1 for rtg.  Slotocash RTG now has 1000 pts = $1, we get only 1/10 of the comp, if you know what I mean.

  • I had some positive email correspondence with a support person at Slotocash today and I'd like to pass it on to folks here because I really believe this casino is trying very hard to gain confidence from their past, present and potential customers.  I never had any problems with them as a Rival casino.  Zuga, I hope it was ok that I suggested they contact you or the appropriate person here in order to perhaps gain an account representative for their new RTG casino.  Its a win-win for everyone if we can get good reps on board right?!

    After 9 days of sending my documents to five different contacts, SlotoCash.com still says they have no record of my documents.

    Funny thing is I asked for a supervisor, and was given Anna who really seemed helpful 3 days ago.
    She gave me her personal email address.
    She told me she had gotten all my documents, and they looked good.
    They should look good.... They are high quality PDFs

    She said she would forward them to the security support department that day, and not to worry.

    3 Days later, the entire staff at the chat line still says, the security and support departments have no record of getting my documents.

    Of course, I re-sent them. For the 9th day in a row

    Just tell me when all of the funds ACH to your account hymacaw, the rest is useless banter, and wishful thinking at this point.

    Of course I promptly provided them with the bank street address they asked for, along with a screenshot of the original ACH withdrawl request screen details....

    Since tomorrow is Friday, and they are 14 hours ahead, either way, I am guessing I will get a wait until next week to hear the next issue emails dragging the process into a 3rd week.....

  • Patrick, I got the same email this morning, needless to say, I was not happy.  Amy also emailed back after I provided bank address to assure me that the withdrawal had just been reprocessed (within 30 minutes of initial correspondence) but she would not/could not tell me how much LONGER I would have to wait for funds.  I expressed that I was losing faith in the possibility of any future deposits with them because of what I "usually" consider to be stall tactics, so I guess I'm in the same boat as you now...will wait and see since we can't do anything else about it!  I'm glad you at least received some correspondence with explanations.  Hopefully you & I will have funds in our accounts within 2-3 business days.

    The comp points make no sense there.
    I played for 19 hours straight at 1.50 to 3.00 per spin and accumulated only 800 points, and those are not even convertable into any cash for some reason.   First RTG site to do that to me ever.

    Amy told me to expect 2-5 days from the time they redid the payout, which was 10/20.  She also said they are now using the same processor that many other RTG casinos use which indicated their process shouldn't be so messed up now...but the proof is in the pudding, I'll withold judgment til the end of the week!
  • I just wrote to slotocash about comp pts and I hope you guys will join me to do the same because they might not consider to change it if I'm the only voice.  Anyway, they used the same comp pts system  in Rivals and RTG.
    Rivals- 1000 comp pts = $1
    RTG- 1000 comp pts = $1
    while most other RTG casinos  have 100 comp pts = $1
    I have made around $500 in deposits already, but my comp pts not even enough to redeem for $1 now, lol.

  • Hey patrickcrain, I have had many RTG's take the longest time possible for each step of the process and have usually been told on wire transfers that it could take 5 - 10 business days to hit my bank... has never taken more than 3 - 5 to actually get there, but they have all gotten there in the end.... I think they should have some kind of tracking number or something, a transaction number? Perhaps something you can get from them to prove they actually sent it and that you can check later with your bank? Perhaps...
