Your answer is not worth a dime. I replied to it and I believe you dont consider it solved or finished. You replied only to that parts that suited you and which when ripped out of the context look fine. However you effectively evaded and avoided to reply to the painful parts where both you and I know, that you acted very unseriously and presented yourself in way, where you are capable only of making excuses for your mistakes, instead of acting and actively trying to satisfy customer.
