did anyone get paid from Rushmore group yet?
I reversed my withdrawal with Rushmore after 21 days waiting last time. I requested another withdrawal last monday (5 business days so far) and made a withdrawal with slotsoasis the same day. I've been told by chat two different things. One said that the withdrawal procedure was back to normal standard, the other said it takes at least 9-10 business days. I reversed my withdrawal with slotsoasis yesterday and lost >:( >:( wondering if anyone get paid from this group yet, if so, how long was the wait?

I keep getting different answers from support...
I was told last tues. that the withdrawal has been processed and that it would take 8 to 10 business days to reach my bank account...i still don't have it...today is the 11th...also just received email yesterday that the other withdrawal has been processed also 8 to 10 business days...

8-10 business days is their standard wire transfer withdrawal. I received my winning thru this method in 5 business days and also 12 business days before.
my withdrawal method is usemywallet this time, and usually it takes them 3 business days, but it's been 7 business days so far and the withdrawal still has not approved yet. I wish we can have Rushmore Rep here to address the issue. They will chase away many depositors (including myself, even thou Rushmore is my #1 choice for RTG casino) by this long delay in payment.

Let's hope you get paid soon Taaa. I think the processors are killing these casinos. Ever since EWX went under there has been so many slow payments. Especially for sites that accept US players like RTG casinos.
I hope some solid decent processors are in the works and prove to be reliable for both the player and the casinos so we can get paid!

yeah, problly bc it is wire transfer withdrawal.
I did wire transfer withdrawal with them before, after 8-10 business days of waiting, they sent me an email saying that I needed to resubmit my bank info, even thou I had the same bank info that I withdrew to in the past. And so I would have to wait over again. I said forget it, I just used quicktender for withdrawal with them since.
I hope everything will go smoothly with your withdrawal this time.

Taaa, did you ever mention about Rushmore preventing you from using bonuses? If they did, did they give you a reason? I've always used weekend promos and after I had two withdrawals once on the 16th of January and another on Feb 6., there is a message on the bonus and comp tabs that I cannot use them anymore. Weird!!!!

no, I did not say about Rushmore preventing me from redeeming coupons. I had many withdrawals with Rushmore and its sister casinos and I still can redeem coupons without a problem. I was like you, just used weekend promo only, when I won from the tournie, I played couple dollars on their tournies and also spin on slots, sometimes I won more, other time I lost back a little before I made the withdrawals. I don't know if they randomly chose winning players to exclude promotions or not, but casinos that excluded me from redeeming promotions are betphoenix, pure vegas, win palace and cuba club.

Doc, I am still waiting on mine also that was approved on January 23rd. This was through Wire Transfer. My other withdrawal, which was with usemywallet, I requested on the 6th of Feb and was in my account the 8th. They must really be having problems finding a bank to wire internationally. -

I emailed cuba club and pure vegas to ask if I can have the promos back and I got one cold answer NO. I wish you'll be granted the promos back with Rushmore thou, the manager of Rushmore is really cool and understandable.
To avoid this in the future, if you are way ahead of the casino, once in a blue moon, you make a minimum deposit without a bonus, then you'll be all good, I think. I probally did not get excluded promos at Rushmore and its sister casinos because I deposited without a bonus several times to play blackjack tournament there before.
