lost on my first two deposits, won on 3rd deposit, havent cashed out yet, but the casino just locked me out  this is bs

  It is a technical problem. They told me to wait an hour before trying again  2:30ish

Hi evy1...I'm locked out too.Was told at 3:30 am to wait 15 minutes and try again.Waited 45 minutes....still locked out,live chat then told me to try again later today!!!Sure hope it's JUST a technical problem like they said.Well,I'll keep my fingers crossed (maybe even my toes)lol!!!

Just another thought.I hope it is a tech. problem and not because I'm from the US or there is some funny business going on.

Why is this a TECHNICAL problem, when players are locked out???

I am wondering the same thing....technical problem.....probably NOT!!!! So what is going on???

Called their toll free number was told it is technical problem.I asked why would we be locked out if it is a tech. problem and he told me he didn't know and apologized.He was nice enough but it makes me wonder.Guess I'll give them the benefit of a doubt and try later today.

Just tried again....no luck.Guess they don't want us on site.I don't get it.They let new acct. from US sign-up and then lock us out.Not nice!!!

I am locked  out too,  I talked to support and they gave me the same thing.  the funny thing is when I said I was locked out live chat told me that my villento acct was't locked.  When I said I was talking about rich reels they gave me the tech difficultys line.

Hmm.  Maybe there are tech difficulties.  I know there were technical difficulties with depositing because they put a notice up.  Also, you can't download any new games - you can only play the ones that you have already downloaded.

So I do believe that they are having tech diffs generally with MG.

Maybe it is only new accounts.I e-mailed them but have not got a response back.Guess maybe I should give up and uninstall...lol!!!

Here we go again....first we get locked out,now there tourneys are not working.Tech problem again....lol!!!

Yeah, I am having trouble too. First it was with Hitman yesterday. They sent me instuctions on what to do, did part of them and it was better, loaded it back on and today it's screwing up differently. Now it's off.

helwin,when I talked to live support they said they would notify their tech. support.I just wonder how long it'll take them to fix the problem.Well I guess just wait see and complain somemore...lol!!!
