They hanged up on me, I won in Whitebet casino and in Red Bet Casino, these are two different casinos with two different websites, they removed my winnings at both saying I have multiple accounts and it is not allowed, are they out of their mind
The worst part they hang up on my as if I am a spammer while I am their customer
I won over 3000 in redbet and was on 1000 balance in whitebet whats wrong with them

The same is on redbets terms and condition ( https://www.redbet.com/en/about/terms_and_conditions), these conditions you must also tick in that you have read before you can register?
So, I do not agree with you that they did a bad job. You have 2 account on the same company, but 2 different brands. Clearly stated in terms and conditions, https://www.whitebet.com/en/about/terms_and_conditions
Of course they can not check ALL players every minute, but when they withdraw or move money yes. So when they see that you have done something wrong they should take the winnings away.
They also say under redbet bonuses ( https://www.redbet.com/en/casino/promotions/welcome_bonus):
13.Only one use of this promotion is allowed per person, account, address, computer and IP address. We reserve the right to close any account that is deemed a duplicate account, and to not pay out any bonus to this account.
So I really do not know why you are upset. If you do not read the terms and condition when you sign up, you can't blame them -

Are you sure you WON in both casinos? If you please can put the rest of the chat here in forum it will show more the truth of this... you need proof to say these stuff about companies. If it is like you say, that seems wrong. But if you won in one of the casinos and had used the offer before - the confiscating of the winning is correct?! People win on these casinos all day and get their money... why should they take money that you were going to have? A winner on a casino is not bad, rather the opposite. The casinos want good publicity

If you won, you just need to verify your account???? All players on all companies need to do that when they are withdrawing big money. A protection for us player that nobody else is using the account.

They justify their confiscation, but I ask why to confiscate both ? if they were honest they should honor first casino winnings
Also, their system should recognize trying to claim bonuses in both casinos as there is a code and deny the second code, why they make 2 casinos with 2 different codes and put tircky terms to confiscate winnings, how would people suppose to know that unless they try to steal your money, so so obvious shame on them, stealing money simple as that

I educated myself to have a system and policy in each thing I do
When I play I play in a way I educated myself is the best way to win.
When a casino is not paying I also have a policy, the policy consist of 2 parts
1. warn other players, be careful whietbet.com and redbet is the same casino don't claim bonuses at both
2. give them the bad publicity. The bad publicity is a policy as it is the only thing they care about - their reputation
The forum is not only about help but about the bad publicity, the more bad publicity they get the less chance they will decide to confiscate money from you next time you play there, so look at it as a very useful policy and helpful to me and all the industry -

i was going to start a new topic about people going around different forums asking for help on something when another forum has already tried to resolve the issue and also people who get banned from a forum for serious offenses and then going to a different forum to pray on unsuspecting members.There has to be a way to stop this from happening amp;

We never hide that Redbet, Whitebet and even Heypoker are linked. Indeed I give bonuses from all 3 in this very forum.
The unfortunate thing is that I have to be very careful what I say in a public as I am restricted by data protection in a way that the player isn't!

I havent heard any bad things either about these casinos.
but i will say this, i always ask if a casino has sister casinos and i always ask beforehand if we can have an account with each of the casinos
It is a GOLDEN RULE: it is logical....
For example
Recently i saw a thread on this forum about gala casino where u get 10 free i contacted live chat and the first question i asked was, can you check if i already have an account with this casino as i have a galabingo account and it allows me to log into the galacasino too, and they said no i only have the bingo account and that i can make a new account for the casino, so they said i can have an account in the casino and the bingo, so some allow it, but others not
you should always ask
so to end the argument, it is your own fault and i am sorry you didnt think before u did win at both of these casino

As you mentioned this has been posted on other forums. Our Head of Casino Andy uses one of these forums (you even confused me with him, I wish as long as we swap salaries )
Anyway, this his his exact response to this player and can explain in a far better way than I could!
"OK I have it now.
Firstly I have to say that the way you repeatedly abused out support staff and threatened us with multiple forum posts was extremely rude and I would urge you to moderate your language and manners in future.
Here's what happened.
You created an account on one of our brands and within minutes created an account on another, taking the welcome bonus on both.
You were even playing on both casinos at the same time!
Now here's the funny part.
Your winnings from Redbet (the second casino you joined), €1407 were removed because of this violation.
BUT
You were contacted via email asking for verification docs so that we could pay the €2900 you won on Whitebet!
You were so busy ranting and swearing at the Customer Service reps that you repeatedly ignored the fact that they were telling you that you would get paid the first winnings.
So there you have it. You are getting paid for your initial winnings because it's already in process and our policy is always to pay for the first casino winnings because at that point nothing untoward had happened (and you're lucky because due to the fact that you were playing two bonuses on two casinos at once you could have had both sums confiscated).
I'd just like to add that you are no longer welcome at any of our brands due to your despicable manners. Send your docs in, take your money and then I'll close your accounts.

I misunderstood RedBet support as they did say from the beginning they are going to pay the bigger win, I apologize it was my mistake and I take back the bad words.
To Red Bet - I had a touch year, I haven't got paid by couple of casinos some bigger cashouts and I jumped to bad conclusion -
