    Well..they didnt ask for documents,I asked my self and then they send me email for KYC verification,i have send my ID so lets see,will keep you updated

  • buddy this is about sharing and unity. a member could not get the money earned and he tries to raise his voice. i think sharing and helping each other is the forum's very philosophy. also the casino does not mention about any multiple account issue. 

    if an eyebrow will raise it must be about the casino's injustice. they could not give any acceptable explanation about this event and we turkish gamblers want to learn about the real reason. how can a casino take the members money without a reason?

    Pokernox Casino avoids me paying €8000 with no reasonable excuse. Actually they have a real funny excuse there you can see from the mail they have sent. They claim i abused their system 167 times, how skilful I am, oh no wonder I'm still not rich. They also accuse me abusing a different game which i did not play nor win. I also would like to highlight that I have made several deposits and I have been paid 3 times(sum €1760).

    As you well know some casinos show their true color when you request a big amount. That is my unfortunate story with this casino.

    Sum up briefly this casino seems a real scam and i appreciate if you help to get my well deserved balance. Your ideas and advices are appreciated. Thank you for reading.

  • I don't think it's about cheating on slots which is impossible. I think they have other reason not to pay, most likely bonus abuse such as multiple accounts etc. The casino decided not to share the evidence to us because of the privacy of the customer (in this case yours). Better ask them the evidence yourself and if you want to share it, then it's your responsibility.

  • the evidence was provided to LCB. We have closed the ongoing complaints as bogus and suspended the offending members' accounts.
