    The withdrawal method offered to me was through Bitcoin, with a significant $30 fee attached. This meant that I would only be able to withdraw $70 of my $100 winnings, which was already disappointing. Nevertheless, I proceeded with the withdrawal process, expecting to receive my $70 promptly.

    To my dismay, the customer support at NewFunClub Casino proved to be less than helpful and professional. Instead of processing my withdrawal as expected, they provided a series of nonsensical excuses and delays, including claims that I had not fulfilled the minimum required balance and other vague justifications.

    These excuses were both frustrating and concerning. As a player, I had fulfilled the terms and conditions of the no deposit bonus, and there should have been no legitimate reason to withhold my winnings. The lack of transparency and the apparent reluctance to honor their own promotion raised serious doubts about the integrity of NewFunClub Casino.

    In addition to the withdrawal issues, the substantial Bitcoin withdrawal fee further diminished the overall value of the promotion. It's disheartening to see an online casino impose such a significant fee on withdrawals, especially when it's not clearly communicated upfront to players.

    In conclusion, my experience with NewFunClub Casino has been nothing short of disappointing. The failure to deliver on the promised no deposit bonus, coupled with the questionable customer support and high withdrawal fees, has left me with a negative impression of this online casino. I would strongly advise potential players to exercise caution and carefully consider their options before engaging with NewFunClub Casino. There are undoubtedly more reputable and customer-friendly online casinos available in the market that can offer a better and more enjoyable gaming experience.

  • The exact same thing happened to me everything you said with the bonus and then making it past the wager requirement and I went to start the withdrawal process and yeah I've never seen anywhere that charges you $30 of your $100 winnings so you're only getting $70 and I didn't even get that far because they never verified my account I've had that $70 waiting as a pending withdrawal since June. Customer service kept saying the same thing just give them time they are working on it I have about 30 emails that have never been responded to the pending withdrawal says that they are still waiting for me to send my KYC information and I've sent it to them like four or five times. Worst experience I've ever had with any online casino I would stay away from this place. The only positive thing I can say is (and this is probably rng based anyways) but with that $100 deposit bonus I was over $1,000 by the time I hit the wager requirement but again that could be just luck.
