Lucky18 Experience

Hi - I have to let you know of my experience with Lucky18 - I ACTUALLY GOT PAID  for the very 1st time by any RTG casino - and I have never deposited there (yet). I was shocked because I made the playthru and cashed $100. At that point I just wrote it off because I figure I am never going see it. Well I was informed by e-mail it was being processed and then a few days after that I was notified that it was approved and then just today I was sent an e-mail with the details on how to collect my $100 from any MONEYGRAM location - still skeptical I went to the closest one this morning and I will be damned - IT WAS ALL LEGIT - $100 NO PROBLEMS -

I think the key is to not hassle them - just let them process it in there own sweet time and if you are patient and haven't abused the coupon redeeming policies you will get paid (or maybe it was just my Irish luck lol) either way I have to put in a good word for this casino - like I said it is the ONLY RTG casino that has shown me any integrity - and trust me I have played I think every casino on the net!  So don't be a cynic - the preface is that it is all in good fun to begin with right? I had an approved withdrawal 3 and half months ago and still haven't gotten paid yet.  Not only me, but several Lcb members I know that did not get paid from them.  their live support showed rogue behaviors, Richard will try his best to help you to make a deposit, but not with withrawals, he will have you waiting for hrs until chat close itself.  And I just check lucky18 has two withdrawal options, one is Instant cash and the other is wire transfer.  How on earth they let you cash out by money gram?

Maybe they are talking about a different casino

AIRaquarian, what can a bettor do when he/she doesn't get paid in a reasonable time.  After one week I get concerned, after two weeks it's time to protest. 
Until Lucky 18 pays me, I am going to inform people everytime the casino shows up on a blog or forum to warn them against making a deposit.

Yeah believe me I was surprised when I received the email about the MoneyGram info. I feel for your situation - I have experienced that  crap too in the past from various casinos and that was why I didn't expect to see a dime. When I submitted the withdrawl I just wrote it off and didn't plan on anything coming to fruition.

All I know is that it was one of those rare times where I had actually never played there before so I didn't "violate" any conditions they have for coupon use. I'm not saying you claimed more than 1 code there but it would seem to be the one safety net these establishments cling to in order to avoid paying out. But those are the rules so just food for thought. I wish you luck in your withdrawl being processed.

i signed up got the free 10 and did the playthrough and now having problems trying to get paid $100 after reading all the other post now i know im not alone,,i sent in the verification documents 3 times the only email i have yet to receive was asking for them a second time now they wont even respond to any of the 5 emails from me.I'm just glad i never made a deposit, not happy with the lucky18casino.
