they will be blacklist next- took me 2weeks try withdraw they tried say update (docs) after 10 yrs plus playing.

of course they take advantage of the gamblers. i reversed and waited resend docs, they stalled. if i wasnt much gambler i could have out of 10 yr deposit, made made one cash out ....one time at least one time.

Used to be the place I played the most, no I don't touch it, Ever since they took over all of GoWild's UK customers everything went downhill.

I have set a deposit limit to £5 and the minimum deposit is £10

They will get zero business from me, and their customer support is some of the worst I delt with, Only one guy on another forum was any use, he was able to sort stuff out. But I felt he was drowning in a sea of disgruntled customers.

Down with 32red, your status is not what it was. IMO < 

I have said in the past on some posts about 32red casino that they will cease to operate soon.

And it seems they are becoming more and more rogue. Their business decisions over the last 2 years have all gone in the down direction.

I am also shocked that they are still accredited in many gambling affiliate sites too. They surely need to be downgraded. (With Disclaimer)

I used to be a very loyal customer for that casino years ago. But when they made the new rules about no withdraws processed at weekends, then they made the rule months later to not give out any bonuses or goodwills via live chat anymore. Those was the final straws for me. I then closed my account and havent played there for about 18 months. And i never will ever again. I deposited thousands and thousands with them, and they treated me pretty nicely in the past before they brought these rules in. They gave me goodwills and match bonuses a lot, and i mean a lot.

But yeah I think it will be a case of RIP 32red sooner rather than later.

i heard they are now owned by the roxy palace (microgaming casino group) now.
that could be why they became distance to their depositors(bonus wise).

i once had love for them too and they once showed me the same love, but last year n half, they cut out the daily dish- match for me, than made every excuse when it came to withdraw (stalling),. now i see they even went as far, as to cutting out the $250 daily avalon freeroll that they always had.
i did have word with chat about this and they said promo department chooses specific accounts for their daily match offers and blah blah. any other casino out there would be more than happy to offer a daily match.
