I was playing on a cashback bonus at Nogabet and had ran my balance up to an amazing €8000. The next day I logged in again, and all of a sudden my entire balance disappeared when I made the first spin on a slot.
Nogabet has not provided any explanation now and it's been almost 3 weeks. They don't reply to any emails, and live chat appears to be on a permanent break (It says "back in a few minutes", and it's done that for three weeks if not more).
Anyone else had contact with their support in the last weeks? I'm afraid these guys have skipped town (wherever that is) and taken player money with them!

im so sorry to hear this alfreed, and that is very odd in deed, i dont know what happened there then, i really hope this gets sorted very soon for you, i dont know what else to suggest if they havent emailed u back, maybe someone else on this forum may be able to help but im not sure, all i can suggest is keep trying to contact them, and get a copy of your balance before that spin on that slot, it will be in your history in the casino, if they have that feature the players can access

Here is the game history of my last spins:
Last spin I had a balance of 8561.70, but the money disappeared into thin air. The transaction history (deposit/withdawal) shows nothing about any transfers, withdrawals or removal of funds. The only thing showing in the transaction history is my deposit. -

Secondly, I will also have a look at what happened to your balance once I am back in the office on Monday. From what I can tell it seems like a bonus validity issue, in other words when the cashback was credited to you, there are a time validity attached to it and this probably expired.
I can assure you there is nothing malice other than that...so will solve this for you in the coming week. If it happens to be the validity as I am guessing, we will be happy to return the full balance to your account:-)

6 Weeks now and still nothing. No money, no response. It's becoming clearer and clearer that this is a deliberate theft of funds.
I have done some research, and apparently Nogabet is a white label operated by a company called EveryMatrix. Nogabet operates under EveryMatrix' license in Curacao. I wonder if there is any way to get into contact with them at a higher level?
Meanwhile, I filled out a complaint at http://www.curacao-egaming.com. Not that I have high hopes for them, but worth a shot. I'm far from ready to let this amount of money go. -

Your bonus balance that was credited to you has been returned to your account. Unfortunately, you did not wager your bonus in the required bonus validity period and therefore the bonus balance expired. Usually we would not re credit this bonus, but we have made an exception for you.

I have an account at your casino, but since i know from this case i did never deposit again at your casino. and now i know i will never deposit here again, because i could not ignore THIS ! This is the reason why you should always contact live help and ask them directly what are the bonus rules. Even with lot of effort you cant always find everything you need to know since certain rules are scattered all over the site. Its not NDB after all, you put your own money into it.

yep...rules are rules...u have to know before playing i lost 100+ euro because of my mistake without reading the rules...:) understand the bonus rules first then u wont get disappointed, eventhough sometimes the rules are a bit....complicated can i say? LoL

This was a cashback bonus. It was originally supposed to be added on 1 February, but that didn't happen. I emailed them on the 2nd to chase it up. I recived an email on the 3 February at 1:13 pm informing me that they had credited the bonus, and apologising for the delay.
According to their bonus terms, wagering requirements have to be met within 48 hours. My balance disappeared on the 4th at 8:59 pm. That's less than 48 hours after their email. Of course I have no way of knowing exactly when it was credited becuase there is no record of it. -

First of all the live support is dead and it is dead from a long time ago!
Second DO NOT trust their loyalty program at all- they are just cheating you to get you on the hook and than goodbye to your money!
