I signed up but there was also just deposit bonuses so I talk to support and he said they would have to talk to management and notify me by email for the no deposit bonus.

I registered and of course no $7 in my account, just like everyone said, so i spoke to Ray in support and he said that I'm not eligible for the bonus BC i have multiple accounts, i told him that i never even heard of this casino until today so i said tell me who's name is on the other account, he said i dint say you had another account here i said you had multiple accounts at other rival casinos. i did not even want to go any further with the conversation just said thanks and goodbye. there is no casino like Vegas Regal.

Well get this......I have read that a player from New York, Illinois & also another from Oregon were not allowed to register......What's up with that? I thought that RIVAL accepted all US players. It's always in their promotions. Google it & you'll see what i'm talking about.

Just a word of advice.  If they are saying you have multiple accounts beware and don't play there.  I won $10,000.00 at Slots of Fortune and they would not pay me and never paid me because they said I had multiple account.  I argued with them thinking they were talking about multiple accounts with them.  They meant multiple accounts with Rival.  That stinks.  I have multiple accounts with microgramming and they still paid.  Just BEWARE!!!!!

 I have a $250 cash out that's been "processing" for the better part of a month. They said there's a 4-18 day processing time because....reasons. Even for BTC withdrawals. Strange how there are places that process & pay out within minutes of receiving the request.....minutes!!!

Oh and that's 4-18 Banking Days. "Non banking days" (aka weekends)? Well, those do not count, so 18 days is actually something like 24.

Oh, again.....did I mention they are officially late by several days? It's evening on the 23 Banking day (+/- a day). No sign of a payment. No indication it's coming.

My account manager has kept me posted with variations of the phrase: "I'm just waiting for an update from our finance department. Please be patient" or something to that effect.

The financing department by the way, only processes withdrawals 1-2 days each week depending on who you ask. Monday and/or Tuesday....that's it. It's beyond ridiculous anymore....i would give up & say "screw it", but there's no fun in that.
