dj_tonik, I don't know about a rep, but it sounds from their letter like you can just request your withdrawal again and since you have already had this audit they should have no problem paying you this time.
I do however have a couple of problems with what they are telling you in the letter. First, why do they need to decline the wdl to do an audit that sounds pretty standard for all wdls?
Then there is the fact they say it is a RANDOM procedure with NO pre-determined selection process, but in the next sentence they say it, "...depends significantly on the security level set by our Risk and Security Department, the type of game played and if any suspicious pattern of play is detected." How is that random? Sounds like something is pre-determined in the selection process.
Finally, if it is random there is no way that they can say, "Therefore, EVERY customer who requests a payout will be subject to this process at some point or another..." If it is truly random there is no possible way to make sure everyone will go through this process.

Resent the documents.

i think there must be some sort of mistake. i've read the terms and conditions and no where in them have i read anything about a monthly max cash out policy prior to 6 months as a member. i have been a loyal member of Crazy slots for quite some time. my account number for crazy slots was CS*************.
