new casino software

I realize I don't know a lot about this type of stuff and I am hoping someone here will. I got an email today form casino33 telling me they are going to be having tec. issues for a few day and to be patient because they are changing their software to DOS, so what the heck is DOS and are all rtg casino's going to be doing this. I still have a pending withdrawl there and hope this will not affect this. I went to chat and they were no help at all. the only thing they could tell me is it has something to do with betting on sports???? like i care about that. so if someone out there is smarter then me (lol) an you explain this to me thanks.

I do not know much about DOS software, but one thing I know for sure is that not all rtg will change software to DOS, only casino33 does.

But what is it TAAADAAA do you have any idea???? Does that mean they will no longer be rtg or what??? It is a new type of games that will be able to play?? I have never heard of that type of software anywhere????????? I have a lot of comp points coming after  I get my last payment from them. I had won $2400 and they were paying me in three payment one a week for three weeks and I don't want to lose any of my money. You can't blame me for wondering!

I guess not, but I just read that alot of DGS Sportsbooks have been rogued for trying to scam players. I really hope this is not the case here. I really wish the Rep would jump in this thread and shed some light on this for us, especially players that have money owed to them, or in their accounts.

DOS, short for "Disk Operating System" but don't think they are going to DOS format All of us that use Microsoft operating systems are using DOS just can't see it because it is running behind windows.FYI yes Bill Gates stole DOS from a frenchman lol

Since the first day I started posting here Playfair casino was my favorite casino because of the service and payouts. I told everyone here and bragged about you guys to the point that I was asked not to any more. But changes always scare me especially if I don't understand them. Thank you for trying to clear up the confusion, I know I speak for all of us when I say that we appreciate it when a casino rep takes the time to answer our concerns. I've been thinking if a casino changes software what happens to all the randoms that have built up. do they have to pay them out??when a new casino opens they all start at 1000 so what happens to the rest of them, that is money we all put in by betting correct, so do they all hit at once or do they divide the rest with all their depositing players, Just a thought

well now i'm worried still waiting for my money and can no longer log into casino33 anyone else have this problem guys will you try and see if you can get in or is it just me thanks

well, found out you have to download the casino all over again and also found out that if you are an active and current memeber and go to chat you can get a fifty dollar free chip so i guess that's not all bad but still no money

you can't get into the old site you have to go to the new web site and download the new casino it's the same software they used to have with playfair and live help is on the home page but if you try to get into it with the old icon it won't come up at all.
