need help Top Game software

Not sure if this is in the right section if not someone please assist me on where to post this... Thanks

New to the forums and I hope that I can gain some insight to a problem.

I have downloaded several Top Game Casino software and have only been able to play Keno all other games will not load and in the lobby section won't even load the games available.  I chatted on several of the sights and they say that no one else is having problems to uninstall and reinstall but to no avail.

If anyone has any suggestions or what the problem may be it would be appreciated.

I don't think I've downloaded any of their sites so I can't really comment. 

It does seem odd that keno works and nothing else.  Have you got some sort of firewall or anti-virus running - could it be that blocking the other games?  What about your IS Provider - could they be blocking it?

Sorry its not much help but its all I can think of.

no problem on going to other links i dont trust too many links i am here to stay so some of it in one ear out the other...

Blue i have checked everything and just cant get it to work guess will just have to stay away from them....

Hey to all who read my OPPS i was told in wrong spot so i deleted msg and then reposted it on here under this and this is what the question was in the other one...

New to all the posting so i will mess up at times but i think i might be getting some of it figured out....

When i have these kinds of problems it's always one of three things..
Flash, Shockwave, or my Firewall.. sometimes my Virtual Memory causes me to have problems as well.
If you have checked these things then i have no idea what elese it could be but for myself when i adjusted and/or downloaded these it corrects the problem.
Maybe it could be java as well, im no expert but i could suggest only by experience.
