Name And Shame Thread!

Hi all,

I was thinking that maybe it is time to make a thread where we can name and shame casinos that are falling behind on basic things that customers should expect to be normal now for online casinos in this day and age.

I will use Videoslots casino as an example because that site is in my opinion a site every other site should aim to be as good at. So all my comparisons will be based to compare with videoslots casino.

Basic things customers should expect are listed below, if you know a casino that falls below are far below these stated averages below please feel free to name and shame them and post the casino name and the numbers to which correspond with the list stated below:

1 - Withdraw times: Reasonable time-frame for processing should be 0-4 hours and many casinos now fall in this category, I wont name them all because there is hundreds. (Note: the above 0-4 hours is the process time - debit/credit cards still take 1-5 days to be credited after process has been done - e-wallets are instant after processed)

2 - Slot choice: Casinos that still only host 1 or 2 slot providers (this day and age there should be at least 5 slot providers in a casino)

3 - Deposit methods: Casinos that still don't allow e-wallets and other alternative deposit methods.

4 - Responsive Design: Casinos that still don't cater for mobile and tablet users.

5 - Live Chat: Friendly and supportive live chat that don't do standard replies. (Who actually talk human)

6 - Site Navigation: Sites that site navigation is very hard and painful, also sites that don't have a search facility to search for slots for ease of access.

7- Small Wagers Or No Wagers: Many casinos now offer very low wagering of 20X sometimes even lower for deposit bonuses of 10X, but there is now many casinos that offer no wager free spins too. (So if you have any casinos that you think should start to offer lower wager or wager free, free spins, name and shame them with this number 7)

8 - Lack Of Promotions: Casinos that don't give any or very little in bonuses or goodwills or offer any offers most of the time.

If you have any other points you would also like added to the list above please post and hopefully a mod can edit the post and add it to the list if i missed anything out.

So lets get naming and shaming these casinos that are really falling behind and hopefully they will see this thread and actually start doing something about it.

Hertat online casino (non-english) has been really big disappointment to me so far, it seems to take so much time from them to do anything, including veryfying account, withdrawal and customer support is not helping that anyway.
