I was trying to find a spot to post my latest experience with BetAt, didn't find so decided to post here
I joined to BetAt about 16 months ago, have been really loyal player to the casino because I know I will always receive something if I loose, which I did this month.
I have gotten multible gifts from BetAt management example of few,
Mini helicopter
200-300 cash to account which is nice
it came to my bday and I was texting to VIP manager today and I received a text message that they have given me 400 EURO CASH bday gift which is really cool gift as I am going to trip in few weeks nice pocket money
What I wanted to do is to thank you whole BetAt casino team and wonderful stuff who is working at the casino.
I would say this casino have been best ever which I have ever played at.
I have experienced with several casinos that the staff which works for the casinos changes all the time, but at BetAt casino the staff members I know been all from the beginning, this gives to me a credit that they are good for their employees too.

It go about 100-150 meters but if it go high it is hard to handle.
It can carry about 500g too.
Me and my friends have tried to put can of beer and fly with it but it is too hard because you need to have max power all the time and wind outside is hard to handle but really cool gift -

Hi CBG,
We take a very personal and friendly approach to our high value customers.
Our casino manager is in constant communication with them, over the phone, via skype or email and achieves a friendly relationship with them.
Every person is different, so we don't have an actual list of prizes. It depends on the relation and communication our players have with our casino manager.
For example: The story behind the helicopter gift was a funny request from Peibi100, for us to send our company helicopter to pick him up. So that's what we did in a smaller scale

It's nice when casinos relate to people on a human level, not just a client-customer professional level.
Gifts aren't always VIP related (meaning big money spenders) though granted, it makes sense that more loyal customers receive different treatment from time to time. Some people will always cry foul 'where's mine' and say everyone should be treated equally, that's not realistic and there are those who say WTG as it should be.
People have to remember gifts are just that - gifts. There's no obligation on the part of the casino, and any handed out are a casino's discretion - I've seen gifts given for a myriad of reasons - big spenders, low-rollers who made a rep smile, tragic stories, whim, et c. The fact that a casino cares at all is what matters - and I've seen/heard plenty of things done behind closed doors - in the GOOD way - meaning the casino did it because they wanted to, not for the PR.
On a human level - I've bought friends a beer from time to time - because I was inclined to - I don't buy every friend a drink and there isnt always an ulterior motive - I did it because I wanted to.

I would like to also add its nice to see a rep that interacts with members and isn't just isolated to the Direct Support board. Interested in getting member feed back for the betterment of the casino and the player rates high in my book!

Although this was a very nice goodwill gesture that BetAt done for this customer,
I am sorry to say what i am about to say but in my personal opinion, do we actually have to believe this, it just seems strange, there seems to be a lot of threads lately that the betat rep keeps making, asking various questions.
There is obviously nothing at all wrong with that, but i do get suspicious, i also see it as just publicity stunts.
to try get his casino getting spoken about.
yes this is not a bad thing, but it is obvious this is why these threads i feel is appearing
and i am not saying this person was not real and this did not happen, just wanted to say, keep an open mind it is the internet remember, people can still lie and so on, also, it is very easy to get a picture from google images. that famous saying, don't always believe everything you read in the papers (forums)
oh and this in no way was meant as a negative post, just a personal opinion, and i was actually considering playing at bet at maybe one day in the future too, from what i have been reading about them too in this forum.

Does the casino get PR? Well..uh, yeah..it's business, not a charitable organization. Word of mouth...forum presence...participation...member/rep banter.....all necessary for a business to survive and thrive. Self-serving? Well, of course it is. But that doesn't mean it's not ALSO genuine AT THE SAME TIME.
I personally speak to the rep..often. Why? He's a great guy and very personable. He listens to and interacts with players. He doesn't look down from on high as players as customers..but as clients!
What is so suspicious about a player receiving a perk or gift? It happens all the time. Sometimes we hear about it..sometimes we don't. And in case you didn't notice..the member posted about the gift..the rep didn't come here to flout it.

Like i stated when i posted the comment, i had no bad intentions, it was purely my personal opinion, i just wanted to give a different perspective and to actually make people aware,
I was in no way saying it wasnt true, i just wanted to bring to light a different view was all. i personally think it is legit, but i had to just say what i said, because when i first saw this thread the day it was posted it did make me think at first it might not be.
I am not sorry if my comment was read wrong because it is a free forum, i just wanted to say what i thought. sorry if people didnt like that

This thread is definitely a good PR for Betat Casino, but why it shouldn't be? A satisfied player made a post and I for once applaud their effort to let us know about their good experience.
Players tend to post mostly negative stuff so this is definitely refreshing.
I also applaud Betat Representative on their forum activity. It is very important to build the trust and transparency and so far they have shown an outstanding service to our members.
I have to stress that LCB policy is to not allow any promotional posts made by any casino representative ( without our explicit permission ) and this all in order to prevent flooding the forum with useless or even spammy promotional offers. This is also in order to prevent potential "blatant self-promotions".
Everyone should be aware that Reps are also members like everyone else and they are free to take part in any discussion. Again some may see this as a public stunt and going after good reviews and PR, but again why not as long as their true motives are to contribute to LCB and its members, and build a good relationship.
This is what we always been endorsing and that won't ever change. On the other hand our members and LCB staff are well experienced and can spot a shill posts from the million miles away. So no worries there.

I guess it must be tricky and having to always be on alert as to keep in order the forum.
My hat off to you guys. Sounds like hard work and perhaps frustrating at times.
