    Hello All grin

    I'm hoping that someone can give me some advice please.

    I just received an offer from Mandarin Palace Casino that came with a CD.  I don't know anything about this casino.

    Can I trust them and are they a reputable site.

    Much appreciated if anyone can help with this query.

    Too add to this, I installed the cd and did a virus scan before installing and no viruses were found.  After installing a "windows blocker" message popped up stating that my firewall was blocking some content and did I want to keep it blocked or allow it.  I am really not sure what to do.......I took a screenshot of the message but I don't know how to attach it for someone to see and help me.

    I guess I am still asking if this is a reputable, safe casino and if any one else has experienced the message that I have received.

        If you do a search here on the forum Mandarin Palce comes up several times.
    I re-read alot of the posts, and alot of us tried to join and were put under review.
    Since you have an invite disc you won't have that trouble.  It's a free $50 so you won't have to risk your own money.
            I posted about Mandarin Palace a while back myself and the concencus was to steer clear of them. The games were poor quality, tight, and slow. Also there was some discussion on payout options being limited.
          If you play your free $50, let us know how it goes for you.

    Hello PMM2008, thanks for responding and for the advice, I will set out now to do a search and read the posts.

    The bottom line for me more than even thinking about depositing is a virus infecting my computer.  I have had a very bad experience and had to end up reformatting my computer, as I am sure a lot of people have had.

    I always thought that installing from a cd was safe and that the only way that they could infiltrate your computer was by downloading from the internet until I heard that they (the hackers) are now actually incorporating their hacking programs into the installation cd's.  What concerned me a little with this installation cd from Mandarin Palace is that it states on the envelope that you must be connected to the internet while installing?????  I find that in itself a little suspicious!!!!  Together with the warning that I got after installation I think that I will give this one a big miss.

    My philosophy is "when in doubt, don't do it!!!......I think I will take my own advice on this one
