making a deposit with a credit card thats not in my name

i was wondering if i make a deposit with a credit card thats not in my name...will i be able to make a withdrawal? or will be a problem?

Assuming that it was a legal charge (ie you had permission from the card owner), tell support that it was a disposable reloadable card and you threw it away.

They will have you write a hand written letter that you authorize the charge.

This happens to me all of the time because my dog ate my rechargeable card thus I cant supply a scan of it.

IMO you should be fine doing that.

As far as I know, there might be a problem since they(casinos) request for you to send them copy/picture of all the credit cards that were used for the security purpose, and if the name don't match, chances are more likely they will reject your withdrawal request in my opinion.

It would depend on site, but more than likely not a good Idea... A few years back when i first started online gambling, I used and still do my handy reloadable netspend card.  However one rainy and really late night,  i wasn't able to go out and reload card.  A friend of mine was visiting and let me use her card and i gave her the cash ,,, $50  no problem, played and lost first at golden casino then onlinevegas casino i had also used my personal card as well over a short period of time. GOCASino opened i used my same friends' card because she said i could pay her at end of week...GOCASINO TOOK my $50, which of course i wagered and lost over a period of a day and a half...Not only did they close my account..THEY also closed  my GOLDEN and ONLINEVEGAS` accts.  BECAUSE they are sister sites.  I had all kinds of tournaments lined up as well that i wasnt able to play...  So per Gocasinos request  (i also had to wait for my friend to return from out of town about 2 weeks arrgh)  So finally i faxed them my drivers license, my copy of  my card, my friends licence and card as well as a letter from her stating I had her permission to use it....AFTER waiting a good day and half for go support to contact me....Well they did and  informed me that my-friends card wasn't the right card..I had assumed she game me correct card......So  BLAH BLAH BLAH y friend was very busy with business... I explained this to support...WTF this situation became tiresome to me so i never pursued further.  B But I feel cheated BIGTIME....GOCASINO should have never taken my money  if it wasn't okay to use some Else's card....AND making golden and Olinevegas close my accts...where t had made many of deposits using my card.....Support  from these guys say they would gladly reopen my accts upon hearing from go casino......................I AM Through pfft......I don't feel the need to be ripped off any further .....

I used my hubby's card awhile back for some deposits (I think it was a MG site) and when I submitted a withdrawal, they did an audit review of my deposit methods and noticed one of the cards wasn't in my name.  Initially they wanted to speak with hubby on the phone to confirm he authorized the transactions but he wasn't home.  They eventually allowed me to submit a note signed by him stating that he authorized my use of the card so all was good.  So...I guess it all depends on the casino and exactly who's card it was you used.  If it was someone who lives in your household, same address etc, you should be able to work through it.  Good Luck!!
