    Hello, 

    I currently play at velvet spins and they have not released any new bonus coupons since August 3rd. When I asked why, posted below is what they said. Can someone explain it to me in plain English. 

    "There is a system setting to temporarily exclude players from higher-profile bonuses in case the bonus to deposit ratio is too high. Of course, the temporary exclusion ends after the ratio becomes more favorable using lower profile bonuses. Once again, after going through that period, the system will reinstate the status quo and return your account to the VIP class it was."

    Does it mean I deposit too much? Because I won?

    Yes, sometimes casinos do that when the bonus to deposit-ratio is too high. You will need to play only with your deposit balance or use a lower % bonus. You were probably playing using high % bonuses, and as a result, your bonus to deposit ratio got to high.

    Hello anatomy, 

    To keep it simple, you are claiming too many bonuses and not depositing enough.

    This is why there hasn't been any bonuses offered to you since August 3rd. The moment the bonus to deposit ratio is in a more favorable state for the Casino then you will have bonuses available again if that makes sense. 

    Therefore if you'd like to have access to bonuses again, make a few deposits and your ratio will be in a better state and you will have access to bonuses again..
