  • I was wondering if anyone could help me, I've been trying to fax a copy of a new credit card I got to Inetbet Casino but I can not get the fax number to work, does anyone know if this number is the right one    441732460388, its an odd number they usually are like a phone number and it does have a plus sign before it and my fax machine doesn't have a plus sign on it anywhere...anyone have a different number for Inetbet Casino or any suggestions would be appreciated..I've been trying off an on all day and it just will not work and of course my scanner isn't working so I'm kind of stuck unless I can figure out how the heck to use this number...HELP Please lol..thanks mrgmomma67 sad

  • Just to give a little background -

    Yesterday I made my first deposit with a bonus from this forum.  I sent in all docs before I played and then received an email stating the casino needed my actual signature and not electronic.  I went to an office store and had the financial form scanned and I sent it off to Inetbet yesterday afternoon.  I was never able to cash out and still tried to be polite and get done whatever it was the casino said I needed to do so that I could cash out.  I am still not verified and this is what I have been dealing with.  I am dissapointed as from what I read they were a trustworthy casino.  Of course read from the bottom up as these were the emails exchanged.  I guess this is now all pointless as I wasted/lost the money being that I didn't believe I would receive it.

    This was the last email I sent today 04/08/2010

    I'm quite sure that it was clear that I sent the credit card copies yesterday and AGAIN when you said I never did.  I don't understand why I keep being told this is what you needed when I sent it TWICE and it was even acknowledged that I sent it the first time.  Your fax back form has no option for preferred withdrawal method, if it had I would have selected one.

    Please finish verifying my account and refer to yesterdays email and the one again from today if you still need to look again at the credit card copies (you already have them twice).  As for preferred withdrawal I AM REQUESTING OVERNIGHT for future reference.  You tell me to mark this on your form and THERE IS NO CHOICE FOR WITHDRAWAL METHOD.

    Your claims as to why I have not been verified make absolutely no sense when (I'll explain one last time)

    1- I sent the credit card copies TWICE
    2- There is no option on the form for withdrawal in which you asked me to fill it out.

    I have complied with everything I have been asked and yet I am still being argued with.

    As it stands THERE IS ABSOLUTELY no reason we should still be discussing/emailing this.

    FURTHERMORE..my last email I asked that if there was a problem to CALL ME  not email me, once again your casino has NOT COMPLIED.  I followed all of your Terms and Conditions and for what?

    This is absolutely ridiculous and I assure you I will be communicating with and forwarding all of the ridiculous information/emails with the casino forum I belong to.

    From the mail we sent when the documents were received I think it was quite clear that we needed some more information from you. I am not sure what else we could have said so that the correct details were sent in to us.

    You simply needed to include details of your withdrawal option on the form and also copies of the card used to deposit.

    Once this had been received everything could have been certified for you.

    All in all customer service is very important to me..I enjoy gambling with the option of taking out my money when I choose and I did not have that option at any point with your casino.

  • Unfortunately it still isn't and won't be sorted out..I received email stating that they knew I posted about the issue on here which I never told them and once again they asked me for the same documentation.  It is ok as it is just one casino and I am glad others enjoy inetbet it just wasn't for me.

    Just to follow this up from our side. Yes we have asked for additional information from allgood2010. The reason being that the documents they have sent us are not complete.

    We have told them this on many occasions however they are simply ignoring our requests for the additional information.

    The main requirement we asked for is a withdrawal method as this has not been specified.

    We obviously cannot process a withdrawal without this.

  • Inetbet continues to send me emails about verification in which I asked them to stop as I won't be doing business with them.  As you can see they are asking for a withdrawal method and in their email they keep asking me for copies of the CC I used...which was the issue all along I've sent both of what they have asked for multiple times and the redundancy is pointless.

    One more time

    I have sent the credit card front and back on more than two occassions.
    My withdrawal method is Quicktender since overnight is not available for US (there is no option for this on the form which you seem to be a stickler about insisting I indicate my withdrawal method).

    And lastly...I've asked countless times to be contacted via phone if there were issues and the only response I got to this was an email that stated "please tell us what you want us to call you about".

    I was going around in circles and the headaches weren't worth it.  Please inetbet as I stated in my email response that I replied to this morning from you "do not contact me anymore".  I do not plan on ever needing to cash out from inetbet therefore this is a waste of time and energy.  I understand you are trying to "explain yourself" but in my opinion it is quite comical that it all comes down to you REPEATEDLY asking me to send and resend the same information and I will not waste my time with this anymore.

  • Ladywithgun that is what I thought..from what it sounds like inetbet wants a notation of some sort made even though it does not state it on the form as to how you want to withdraw.  The form does ask for all processors USED not all planned to use processors.

    From what I gather inetbet has made this mandatory before they will finish verifying you.  If this piece of information is so important to know before hand then perhaps the verification form should be reformatted to include this.

  • Sorry your going through this Allgood. I really love Inet. I have always had great service from them. Never had a problem with them. They are one of my favorite places to play.

    You have to remember, if you deposit by Credit Card, and cash out they need to know where they have to send the cash out because they can not send it to your credit card. I think that may be the misunderstanding here.

    I hope you can sort this out, you will see they are a casino that can be trusted, and to quite honest, they are one of the FEW RTG casinos that can be trusted. Many of them are just out for your money, and then screw you over when you want to cash out.

  • Also from my own experience just because "you sent it, does not mean they go it." Hence the e-mail they sent you. I play there almost DAILY, yes I said Daily, ask them. Not big amts just small but that is why they are the ONLY RTG that will let you dep as little as $2. No other RTG offers that period. They do and will pay you and they treat ALL of us the same. Believe me I sent my docs and I got the same e-mail as you did pls choose your withdrawal method etc front and back of your card etc. It went on for days, but in all fairness I sent it they did not get it. It finally took Andy in support to open my attached docs in another format to see them. But that was good Customer Service not something he had to do. I to went to Fed Ex Kinkos to have them copied after several e-mails iNetBet did not get them. THEY TREAT EVERYONE THE SAME. Do not take it personally. And just because the US cannot choose withdrawal method ACH,? (dont know what thats about I did and got it from them RANDOM jackpot) and Quicktender is the only alternative on the form you speak of. You stated it was obvious. iNetBet LEGALLY MUST MAKE YOU CHOOSE your withdrawal option on that FORM and send it back to them. Not just because it is obvious. I LOVE INETBET when I play win or lose I know it was fair. I do not feel like their is a man behind the curtain their pushing the LOOSE button like in the Wizard of OZ. I feel this way at some RTG like they are just out to take your money.

  • Thank you for the input on this topic.  Obviously this is a good casino and my situation is a rare one and things don't always go smoothly.  I'll send in my docs again and consider it a big misunderstanding that I played some part in.  I tell you what Casinos should definately understand how much value this forum and it's members have to a casino whether it be negative or positive.

    I'll try again because I did have good luck and I like Lucky Last and inet does have a very good reputation.

    I will post the outcome once all is resolved and I swear to inetbet I'm really not a pain in the A** depositor..I just do tend to get worked up over certain things one of which is obviously not having access to my own money.

  • Inetbet has to be my all time favorite.  I cashed out an obscene amount of money from there in 1 day, and I had it with in a week!  No problems once I got all of my paperwork straightened out.  I may have been their biggest cashout ever.

    If you have to, try going to a library or office supply store to send docs.  Have them faxed, and get a receipt that they made it there.

  • This is my mothers account, she had a massive heart attack a few weeks ago and is still in ICU , not awake but holding on, she had someone hack into an account she had and they took all the money she had and she owed so many places and didn't have the money and no where to turn , the stress got to her, and so my mother is barely hanging on by a thread but I have been checking all her emails and going thru all her paperwork, and I came across this forum I forgot how much she talked about everyone on here, she loves this forum and she also enjoys Inetbet, she also has won a few times there and has gotten her withdrawl the next day in her bank account but I know it took her along while to win what she did, which wasn't a whole lot but it was something and she never had any trouble with that casino, now she can't afford anything, they wiped her out, we really don't know what shes going to do, thank goodness she had a little in her paypal account for a few utility bills, oops i"m going on and on sorry I'm stress myself, all in all my mother loves Inetbet, and she loves this forum wanted everyone to know that, Thanks Melinda

  • Hi everyone, thanks for the prayers, she has been in and out, the doctors said to talk to her normal that she can hear so I was telling her about leaving a message on here and told her about you leaving a message with a prayer and she actually smiled then a real small tear ran down her cheek, so thank you all so much!!. She's doing so so she has had a few mini strokes but they are stumped they actually don't know what is causing all these strokes plus the heart attack, they just can't believe she is that stressed over money that it would affect her health like it is, I've told her not to worry to let me help her , shes an awesome mother and I don't have to much money wise but I'll figure out something I don't know what it will be but I have faith and somehow someway I will come up with some cash to help her...I'm just so scared but I wanted to let you know I've told her about your prayers , I know here I go babbling on again, thank you all so much I will be back later, they did a few test and we should have the results and so I'll let you all know how it goes....thank you so much for caring, I've got a long road ahead of me its nice to know I have here to come tooo THANKS Melinda

  • I have to say, personally, Inetbet has surely gone from one of my favorite casinos, to my ABSOLUTE favorite over the course of the past 2 weeks. Once Casino Titan started getting shady, right before Winpalace took over, I ceased my depositing there, and began increasing my deposits at INetBet. It gets me so angry that Titan flaked out on us like that, after I have deposited thousands of dollars over the past year there alone.
