Well they have to protect themselves from people using codes over and over again. Thats too bad that someone else used the free code. I guess someone else must also play highnoon. On a side not i wouldn't be putting sensitive information on free wi fi. When signing up they request lots of personal information.

I will never understand how only at the time of withdrawals do these casinos come up with reasons to not pay- why are they not stating the issue BEFORE one makes a deposit or uses a free chip? They knew the IP address when she used the no deposit code. Another BS reason.

I had the some what of the same problem at an other casino. I got an email for free spins and when i try to use it. It didn't work call support and they told me somebody with the same ip address as me already use the code i told them that can't be.i try it only once and didn't work. I think that might be the new excuse.

We got to see a bigger picture here. How many times we saw complaints and immediatelly took the player's side only to find out later that it was bogus.
Im taking what OP said wiht a lot of reserve especialy as this does seem like a clear case of multiple accounts.
It is VERY convenient to have a wifi that is shared at the whole complex. And what are the ods that two different players playing at the same casino at the same time??
Just saying..... -

Hey 2fast4u that is it buddy how do we know. Like one of the reps said in another post thousands do get paid but we don't hear about them. But as i see it masskat made sense why not tell the player before depositing and half these problems wouldn't exist. Even better stop it when they are try to sign up.
Isn't there a way casinos can set up a program that track ip addresses with more than one account and stop it when they sign up. The have it when the same email address is used when signing up and they tell you on the spot it exists already. -

I might be crazy, but I recall signing up to RTG casinos and being told I already have an account after I download it. Sure I can create a new one but why would I if I want to withdraw?

That is true froggy they will say you already have an account based on your name and address or email but not when you have the same IP. Sometimes more than one person in the house wants to sign up like a husband and wife or roommates that don't legitimately know they can't.
But like 2fast said we have to look at the whole picture and that picture can be tough to ever see clear so we can't really make a snap judgment against the casino therefore it is important to have an open mind. There are two types of players those who honestly didn't know they broke the rules and those who do. Same for the casinos there are two kinds, the one that is legit in denying payouts and those who will use every trick in the book not to pay players and those are the rogues! -

One more thing... CWC group is one of the most reputable groups out there and always being fair to players.
So when someone makes a post like this where they even admit "accidental multiple accts" by saying that "someone else" played from the same IP, to me it looks like just another bogus complaint.
I wonder if the OP is even going to reply again... I see way too many times new posters complaining but never to return.
makes you really wonder what their game plan is... -

Looks like you and i are on the same page 2fast and i have often wondered too. I also agree that CWC are a credible group of casinos. If indeed this was an incident where sharing the same WiFi in a building was the case, it has brought up a good point. Players who share the internet should ask customer support first before making deposit to ensure no their are no other users with the same IP.

the same technology that raises the red flag that the IP address has multiple players during the withdrawal request is the same techno.logy that could do it BEFORE the player ever played. The casino could make this problem go away IF they wanted to.....so why wouldnt they?? Lets get the answer to this question and this would never happen.

you dont know if this particular player tried to cheat or not...it happens ALL the time that people have the same IP address and dont know......DO YOU KNOW more facts than are presented in this thread that perhaps i missed?? The question is ABSOLUTELY.....why wouldnt ANY casino (many, many do to avoid this potential problem) not have the IP checked on initial registration,,,,,,,the EXACT same thing as your email or name......it all boils down to there is no way the player will collect any funds and as a business, why wouldnt you do this on registration if there wasnt an alterior motive????? please help me understand
howdy dabigdog,
the question here is not if CWC can or cannot introduce the IP check up before the player registers.
The issue here are multiple accounts and if this member tried to defraud the casino.

an just as a devils advocate example.......an innocent first time player, downloads and creates and account, makes several losing deposits, makes a winning deposit and then the casino advises that due to the multiple accounts on the IP all winnings are null and void.......all DEPOSITS that were losers are still good, but the withdrawal is bad. Can you understand my point as to the alterior motive???

They owe me $9000. There was no free money just my original deposit played with. They SAID I reversed cash ins and I have proof I didn't reverse everything i cashed out. It's in black and white!! Gave me the runaround for MONTHS. Still no response aside from the same "you reversed it" 8 months later... Never had a problem before this cash in. I will NEVER go back there. Never EVER!

i would give the details to Zuga and see what happens.....they are not able to produce any logs that differ from yours......this sounds very weird

when i first started playing yrs ago i couldnt remember who i signed up with and who i didnt.Vegas Regal locked my account for duplicate accounts but after i spoke with a rep and explained what happened he told me he deleted one and i could use the other. Now i ask if i have an account before signing up.It does help alot .I do hope this is cleared up and you get paid if it is the casinos mistake but like dabigdog said,it could be stopped at the door instead of after u win.

that is correct, I do not know if they tried to defraud or not ( even though, and you have to agree with me, this case looks bit suspicious ).
However the FACT is that multiple accounts are the ground for denial of any winnings.
So even, if they werent aware of multiple accounts, it doesnt change the fact they broke the terms.
Regarding IP restrictions upon registration and preventing such, that is not as easy as it might look.
Firstly they would have to manually go and check every single registrant ( which given the size of CWC group is virtually impossible to conduct in timely manner ).
Oppose to that, they can block specific IPs, or range of IPs. But if they do that, then a lot of legitimate players could be prevented from signing up ( especially if the whole IP ranges are blocked ).
Also anyone can use proxy or hide my IP programs these days, so in that aspect the solution you are proposing would be ineffective -

Personally I agree with 2fast as it does look like a clear case of multiple accounts, hence the voided winnings.
Now I havent been contacted by this member to look into this case, and by their activity it looks like this was just one time poster ( something I see quite often with bogus complaints ).
It is a member's responsibility to keep us updated. You can't just post/bash/complain at an open forum never to return. Leaving everyone to wonder if what they have been claiming is true or not.
So I will consider this case open for few more days, and if we do not hear from this member this topic will be closed.
Quite often some of the complainants use( abuse ) our boards simply to damage casino(s) or even try to blackmail them and force them to pay.
Im not saying this is the case here, but Ive seen it way to many times.
@dabidog,
you do raise an interesting point in regards to IP verifications, but Ill have to agree with 2fast4u it would be really hard to enforce such protection/verification.
@Quixane
please PM me your complaint details.
Cheers

im not really computer savy so im not sure how the IP verification would have to be integrated into an existing system
and about the posters who file a complaint and then dont follow up.....that is total BS and they owe it to all the others to follow up with exactly what did or didnt happen..so i agree with you (110% match bonus) on this one Zuga!!! -

Thanks 2fast for explaining to us the IP process. There needs to be a program that will automatically detect it without having to do it manually. If i only i knew how i might be a millionaire!!
I am happy to see that members are willing to have a more open mind to get the entire story before drawing any conclusions. And once all the facts are in we can come to a more realistic conclusion.
I think an important red flag to look for on any complaint is if the member continues to follow up. If they are legitimately in the right i would think they would keep us updated. If we rally to their side without all the facts it fuels the fire and they come back, if we ask for all the facts i am beginning to see a trend here, they seem to disappear and not come back!
Knowing all the details is when Zuga can spring into action and handle it accordingly. Without it there is not much that can be done.
