    so they basically ask players to wager the deposit and the bonus, and then all other wagers are just 50X, so it is bad in terms of bonuses and wagers, sorry to say, but i will certainly not be playing in this casino with my money

    If you play without bonus and you hit, you get paid immediatly.

    To copy a single line from T&C's and out of context, only pointing out the negative, and disregard someone's post as such can only be done in bad faith.

    If you do not want to play, why make the effort to diminish someone else's praise? Why put the effort into looking, typing, posting if you are only to take an item you perceive as negative and stop there. You did not correct previous post, you did not speak about cash-out speed as the player did, you did not speak about experience in any way - what you did is simply act in a derogative way with no reason or intent but to ... well I guess slander the competition (seeing that 100% of your prise seems to go to a very specific operator group).

    Very possibly a casino affiliate yourself one might even think.

    If not, you are indeed free to state the your opinion, as a vocal member of the community, you also have the responsibly to make it honest and thorough or at least non-misleading.

    Since that post also coincided with accusation that our players work for us - I did feel I needed to offer a bit of realism.

    What I wrote is not an attack - simply an observation stemming from 7 pages of your posts researched and conclusion drawn that you really don't like those pesky turnovers.

Some real questions arise about this user looking at history of posts which contributed to the nature of the reaction.     Igor--- I understand it says in terms and conditions you can release usernames, but wouldnt you want to check with you players first before doing such?  Thats a better approach than saying "oh i can do this its the terms",  that just looks more greedy and rogue rather than a professional, personal approach.

    Understood and agreed, as I said, should have checked myself and cant take it back. It was heated and it happens and yes - we are human.

    It was important to defend the players for me and show we aren't some back-ally operation that fakes profiles which is what hit me most since our player defended us and came under attack for doing so.

    And just on that note - i wrote the nicknames down smiley  which are visible on site in winners column - god forbid we published usernames. I also checked that they aren't the same to ensure safety, but allows whoever wants to check that we really aren't faking profiles.

    it backfired, but you live and learn - we'll do this again when the NetEnt integration is finished and handle it better.

    I do understand that things can easily get heated, and that we are all humans, but the way you addressed this issue was a pretty bad PR.

    You have to understand why RJ and BMWSTACK made their posts and their logic behind this. Often we see posts like this, made by newbie members praising for XYW casino. This is what in online world is known as shilling and for which we at LCB have zero tolerance.

    I do recognize that the original posters didnt have malice in mind when they made their posts, but not knowing their motives to the rest of us it came as a classic shill(er) MO.

    But even if we knew their original motives we would still be very suspicious in regards to their posts being a genuine experience or just the way they can squeeze out a bonus for themselves.

    I also do understand the logic behind your decision to ask your players to post their EXP and in return award them with a bonus. It's the way your brand can get some good exposure at forums.

    But in this case it backfired, as ppl here are well educated when it comes to situations like this
