    I just thought I would let everyone know that I made play-through on a Free No Deposit Chip in Hallmark Casino.

    I have never deposited there, but I will be now! I made cash-out on Sunday. All of my verification documents were approved as well as my withdrawal!

    True, we still cannot recommend them to our visitors, having in mind their history of player issues and non payments. This is why we still advise caution but do recognize their efforts to be better ( hence the probation ). And indeed there are some positive signals .

    Just thought I would let everyone know as well. I haven't played there since I signed up in 2016. I had played 3 free chips. The last free chip, was $100. I asked support even before I started playing if I would be able to cashout. They said they would honor it because I hadn't played in so long. 

    So, if you haven't played there yet, they will honor the withdrawal of a free chip! The max cashout is $100, but hey that's $100 bucks you didn't have before! lol

    No, I did not have to make a deposit at all! All I need to do was sent in my verification documents and it was approved and paid out! wink

  • Unfortunately my experience has been nothing but frustrating.  If you request a wire or check they delay.  It's been almost one month since my approved Withdrawl and they state a 7-10 day time frame for checks or wires. I requested a wire.  They tell me the wire was completed but won't provide me with the wire transaction information until I provided them with my statement showing all credits into my bank account to prove I never received.  A crock of BS because if they indeed paid the wire they should have no issue with giving me the wire transaction ID.  But again it's just a stall tactic and I have played for over 2 years and this was my first withdrawl and it's approximately $1,000.  Very frustrated with the stall tactics and how you must jump through hoops to get paid if you want a wire or a check.

    I hope you are a well, we have already responded to your concerns thru emails back and forth as the money is definitely coming to you but dealing with 3rd parties delays  can happen and unfortunately this could be one of those cases, I ask for reference or confirmation ID to track it but this time they told me to wait a few more days to make sure it is not rejected as they told me it did left their account, anyways we will be on top of this case and please let us know if it hit your bank anytime now if not that I don’t think will be the case we do have other methods to send you money faster and of course we will cover all fees if need it , we will be here for you

    The emails I have received are all inconsistent and I'm only interested in receiving the wire that I was told via email that was done on May 10th so if it truly was done the money would be there or you would be able to provide the wire transaction so I'm not interested in Bitcoin or a check if I knew your casino was not truthful about wires being done from 7-10 days as advertised I would not have deposited or played in your casino.  So no one has mentioned delays to me but yesterday I was told the wire by the third party processor was completed so if that's true why not provide the transaction information????? Because clearly no one can confirm if it has really been done! So I have not been given any consistent responses and it changes every day.  

  • Problems with translations to Bitcoin wallet now with delays due to overload, as I was told, I waited three weeks until bitcoin came to my wallet. This is a very slow process. Maybe it's not the institution's fault in this.

  • I'm not waiting for Bitcoin. I'm waiting on a wire that they stated was completed on May 10th but can't provide the wire transaction Info. They change the reason for delay every day so it's Hallmark Casino just not being upfront and honest.  Still no funds

    Their withdrawal time for Bitcoin is slow, like days and wire transfer is much slower. Hallmark casino has been placed to a warning list so this is nothing new to me. Never crossed my mind to play here. Avoid it at all cost, frustration is unavoidable if you are winning or losing.

    It is very sad.  I checked my account today, still no wire and they still have not provided me any wire transaction information of the so called wire they say was completed.

  • I still hope that you will get your winnings. But the fact that for so long this is not very good. This should not be. This is a very big inconvenience for the player. This moment the casino should correct .. And compensate ..

  • I just had a big issue, well to me it was big with their customer service and management. I went on the customer service to ask what "no strings" really meant with a chip I got via email. She explained I could play but couldn't withdraw so it would be nothing for me but free play and she said they had free  play so the chip wasn't worth nothing. Then she said if I did a survey for her she would give a a different chip  and it would be withdraw-able. I said hell yes!! So I did the survey and she was supposed to have the c hip ready1. It was NOT! So I open chat window and a different girl comes on and I explain everything and she says no I don't get a thing. SO I asked for a manager an they tell me  I get nothing and the employee was wrong for saying that and she was told. I got no apology nothing. I told the manager being lied to and not apologized to was not the way I do biz. That is notmhow I roll. I will not deposit my mon ey to a company who lies. There is no reason for it.

     I despise liars!!!!
