    I have been depositing at GuTS for 2 years.  made my first withdrawl a month or so ago off the Hooks Heroes spins I got here.  Have claimed them 4 times.  I deposit close to 4 times every two weeks.  Rarely on a monday or thursday.  I have been bonus banned because i've won.  I am so upset.  what horrible customer retention...I am obviously switching to a casino that will let me participate in their Christmas Calender.  Chinzy and cheap maneuver GUTS.  I won't forget this.  No more of my money goes to you.  I deserve the right to winnings without being punished.  absolute bs.

    i don't think so....a couple nights ago i asked if i had free spins sitting on any games, out of curiosity and they put $20 on my account.  at another forum a number of people have come forward to say they had done the same to them, right before the christmas calendar.  makes them look chintzy if you ask me.  the only bonuses i've been taking are from here.
