Gold VIP and WinPalace criminial tactics

My name is Noah and I am the online rep for Rome Partners. In light of the recent vicious attack I would like to discuss the draconian manner in which this outfit seems to conduct its business.

Most of you probably know that most of the TG platform and especially Rome and Diceland casinos were brutally DDoS attacked this week, causing untold damage. Our operation is very strong and will continue, but the question must be asked: Why is this happening?

Those that have read the thread about us being down on GPWA: ( http://www.gpwa.org/forum/romepartne...+partners+down) know that we have identified our attackers as Win Palace, aka Gold Vip.

Some may thing these are unfounded lies or libel. However, they stand on very solid foundations.

We have incriminating evidence, and we will make our case - that this is NOT the first time the Win Palace group (aka Gold VIP) has used DDoS attacks to hold other operations hostage and to damage and extort them.

They hide behind their affiliate group for the purpose of showing you all a clean face, but it is nothing but a facade.

2 years ago, Gabi, one of the owners of Win Palace, started a DDoS attack against all of Topgame and Rome Partners. He claimed it was because they hired 2 of his former employees. He would not suffer any operation to hire anyone who has ever worked for Gold VIP (and yes, they are the same and we all know this, there is evidence for that aplenty).

He demanded that the 2 employees be fired AND that Rome Partners pay him $50k or he will not stop the DDoS attack.

Rome Partners paid him the $50k and fired the two workers. What choice did they have? They couldn't hope to match his resources. And so he got his way, and has been getting it ever since.

I'm sure many affiliates here work with AffActive, but do you really want to work with people like these? Once they get rid of all competition, what's to stop them from DDoSing your affiliate site if you complain about non-payment, or DDoS you if you don't place them high enough on your page?

Basically, you're working with a new generation of criminals, utilizing internet terrorism to make money and destroy opposition. If we all began to act this way, where would it end? How could any operator work in peace and make money for its affiliates? Would any operation that Win Palace or Gabi see as a threat be shut down and its affiliates picked up by AffActive?

It is interesting to note that AffActive is NOW claiming that they are also under a DDoS attack right now, 2 days after we accused them on public forum. This seems like a pathetic attempt to divert suspicion.
It's interesting also that some affiliates claim that the DDoS attack could easily be faked and be shown as if it is coming from Win Palace, yet if that is true, why would a faker bother to attack AffActive itself? Wouldn't that be counter to the framing job they wanted to accomplish? Why would an attacker go only for them and not for all RTG casinos? Why them?

Because it is them.

Win Palace, aka Gold VIP, aka AffActive - are criminals of the worst kind.

We have nothing to gain from attacking them, but exposing the truth and hope that all of you beware when doing business with them. They will attack anyone who is in their way and shut. them. down.

I hope that more players, affiliates and operators will have the courage to come forward and tell their own stories. I know many are scared, and for good reason. But we cannot continue to operate a professional industry with such internet pirates in our midst.

"I am one of the founding members of TopGame. I have since sold all my shares in TopGame but I am still in close relationship with them and some of their operators. Most of you know me as I was one of the pioneers in the affiliate industry. I've prepared this statement because I've been reading this thread and what TopGame and Rome Partners are facing now just crosses all red lines. I want to come forward, this terror has to stop!

Two years ago I was invited for a meeting with Gabriel Shalom (also known as Gabi) . He is owner of GoldVIPClub/WinPalace/Affective. At that point they successfully DDOS attacked Rome Partners and put their systems down. The demands were paying a penalty of $50K and signing a letter stating that RomePartners could not hire any staff that had ever worked for the GoldVIP / WinPalace / Affective group, take affiliate positions, or "behave dishonorably" as by his words. I was personally asked by Gabi to deliver the letter to be signed by Rome Partners. The document was signed virtually at gunpoint since their gaming servers were down. I personally delivered the letter to the CEO of RomePartners and had him sign it. I then returned the document to Gabi to his office in Tel Aviv.

At the time my only intention in this whole affair was to try to keep the company running and everyone happy with as little interruption as possible. I now understand that Gabi isn't interested in peace. His only goal at this point seems to be to knock competition out of the market by force and control everyone.

After that all was quiet for about a year, and then Gabi tried to do this all over again. Instead of getting in touch with us, he went directly to TopGame and made his demands there. This time, he threatened to take RomePartners down again along with TopGame (gaming servers, website and affiliate program) I believe he succeeded in extorting an additional 75k USD.

If you ask me, the recent attacks beginning November 16th are a clear attempt to destroy competition and not just an attempt to get money. I have been in contact with RomePartners and TopGame and none of them can understand why this is happening. It is my honest belief that they are simply trying to destroy a big competitor in their market now they have their own software Game Scale.

Yes please, Affactive are wrong, but are you saint?

I would avoid playing at your casinos at all costs, and really I don't understand why one rougish casino group trying to sink another one... whers the logic?

Also, he should not be posting these things o.n a public forum...it should be handled legally.  These places are run out of costa rica which is why it's all such nonsense.  I would never send another penny to any of these places.

EDIT: I just cant help but say this noah... but i have read countless threads on this forum regarding your casinos, and slow payouts and people not getting the payouts, i just have no respect for a casino that can not pay there depositing customers in a reasonable timeframe or pay them at all... and then you say you have sold your shares, it is not looking good at all and this latest stuff is making your reputation worse and not just winpalaces too, but probly the majority of online casinos, people will now be more careful of where they deposit...

since your here maybe u can answer a question i keep getting emails from sj and winpalace saying free 30 for new and existing accounts but when anyone tries to claim it its irredeemable

These casinos are such trash chasing after u.s. deposits  and don't care about the players or u.s. law....it is all about the money and greed.  Don't help these criminals take your money.  Their also posting on forums player information and confidential details.

Just disgusting..I haven't deposited to an online casino in months.  Certainly not the ones taking u.s. players.  I don't trust any of them and they all continue to break u.s.law because they just want the money.  Nothing else matters.

is not justifiable that you be attacked but I think this must be done to put more work and lost time improve their promotions to win palace and let the group behind to fight to regain their land, improve their games are worth, profits poor, so slow payments is a wake-up call friends rome casino to get to work very hard because otherwise it will be difficult for people to want to play here, if you doubt that read on the net and from the opinion that their casinos ...

I would never ever play at winpalace knowing they are related to goldvip club.  They stole $8200 from me and I'll never forget that in my life.  This group are run by theifs and criminals.  Both rome and winpalace group should be banned from the internet.  Their reps have been banned over at casinomeister, so if players get stiffed, then it's their fault for playing at these rogue sites.

well i must say that daniel g seems to get the job done when theres a questrion or complaint.Its great to have a rep here.Ive been to the support section and i saw the complaints then i also see where they are resolved in most cases.I am the first to call it like i see it and daniel does work hard here.

done a great deal of research and have strong evidence that the owner of rogue gold
vip club is also the owner of affective casinos and related to the rogue .lucky18 casino.

Yes, I was banned and so is Rome and Topgames.

There were plenty of assumptions made or proofs based on assumptions of others.

I won't continue arguing with you. You are a private person and can say whatever comes to mind without any restrictions or consequences,  while I'm limited since a represent a company.

well its not such a biggie to be banned from a forum (sorry) i can only go with the proof that he is a big help here other wise we would get none at all and right now we need all we can get.Top game has always been a no go for me and like i said in an earlier post i was wary of them before all of this mess.I havent deposited anywhere in a while but if i did it is awesome i have some kindof support if something goes awry.I dont know whats going on between u two and i dont want to know.Im just commenting on this post because i can see he does work to help people here and for that he gets a big thank you from me :'X

The proof for me is that I was stiffed out of $8200 from goldvipclub.  They are absolutely related to the affective group.  These affiliates have made great efforts to hide that fact.  For those players happy being paid $500 a week, good luck but it shows the level of the operation.

it doesn't really matter as their future days are numbered.  Ther will be a time when they stop paying...it's just not that day YET.

Oh by the way, for a casino rep to be banned at the number one casino forum on the internet is a "biggie".  It ends all player support there and raises all kinds of flags about the casino operation itself.  Rome casino and affective are in the same boat...run by criminals, exposed and highly unprofessional. 

It's the forum owner decision to "end" the rep support, not mine.

I wanted to ask him to post that all the players can find me here. but obviously it's not really possible, since it is a business.

  Whaat do you mean???  Posting this on this site???  This IS THE SITE THAT I USE TO MAKE MY CHOICES AS TO WHETHER I WILL PLAY AT A CASINO OR NOT???  IF SOMETHING LIKE THIS IS GOING ON....I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT IT....  I may be a lil late hearing about all this, because I've been busy with Xmas, etc etc...But, I have been depositing member At BOTH  ROME and WINPALACE for years, have been lucky enough to have withdrawels  from both as well, and can see all the communcations from years past between issues, questions in general as I had posted on both of them rigth here on LCB...that IS how I found these 2 casinos.  So if this is not the place to post such a thing?  We all seem free to complain, gripe say negative things about the casinos we wanna gripe about.....what can't Noah??

I have to say that i don't see anything unprofessional in my repsonce, but in case it might be misunderstood:
what i meant is that I'm the marketing manager of Affactive.com and i can help only with the brands that we work with and represent; not any other brand that player wasn't paid by.

So if Bernie Madoff or Alan Stanford would come forward with a new investment scheme (= ponzi scheme) you would be the first to have a go at it (and get all your friends in as well) as long as everybody has been paid and no victims have been identified (yet).

Unfortunately you (Madoff/Stanford on the one side and your group on the other side) can't simply leave your ugly alter ego behind that easily, as much as your owner wants.

Fortunately not all players are that narrow minded and can see through this game.

And the fact that goldvip is another brand.  Don't think so daniel.  It's like saying your sister has lepracy but you don't want anyone to know it's your sister.  Some of us can see right thru this.
