Sorry that you had to discover the down side of free chipping like this but you will find that the "No double chipping" rule is not unique to online casinos, and not even with RTG's alone. Like other Terms and Condition violations such as Multiple accounts, False ID and other practices redeeming multiple "free" bonuses in a row will almost Always void any potential winnings.

Typically, with RTG's casinos a minimal deposit between chips is required. Failure to follow and read the Terms and Conditions and insure that you have met those terms will always result in not getting paid.

I am from US so I have not been able to play at Playtech casinos and unfamiliar with how or if they handle "free chips" or even if they offer any.

I do know that Lucky Red is one of the "reputable" casinos (although my thoughts on that standing are starting to shift) and run by the same people who run Club World and Alladdins Gold. My biggest issue with them is it seems they have come up with a new way to deal with the free chip issue and that is to make depositing members not eligible for them. Yep... You have to deposit between free chips, but if you deposit, you are no longer eligible to use a free chip... Or, as has been reported by members, they are told they have to deposit 3-5 times in a row before they will be offered another freebie.

While I do not have an issue with them setting this as a policy for their casino, I do have an issue with them not stating this clearly in their Terms and Conditions. By only declaring it after the member has deposited in good faith the practice comes under the somewhat Roguish behavior. JMHO.

I'm really sorry that happened. I think it is a common and honest mistake when your new to RTG casinos.

They have strict guildlines....but if you follow their rules you can win some cash and withdrawl with ease.

If you do decide to give it a chance...play at only recommended casinos.....the ones that players have withdrew from.

Also when using a bonus of any kind at RTG remember to bring your balance to Zero...don't leave a penny in your account and redeposit with a new bonus code. If you do that will also be considered double dipping.

Once you have tried a free chip at a casino...its best to make a deposit inbetween.

I understand your frustration....i have been there and have learned the hard way as well.
