I posted this in the other thread I started about them, but it kinda got buried and I think they deserve for this to be shouted! 

I played there for the first time last week, using their $25 freebie and hit a roll on video poker, which is allowed at 10%, then requested a $160 (max) cashout on late Thursday/ early Friday, Aug 29th.  They asked for my license, I sent it, and it was approved Friday afternoon.

The money was in my account on TUESDAY, Sep 2!! (Monday was a holiday here in the US, so it the next business day for us.)

In 15 years of online gambling, this is the fastest I've ever gotten a wire transfer from any online casino.  Talk about impressed!

Once again I find myself thanking my lucky stars I am in the UK, current regulatory problems not withstanding... I can honestly say if I had to wait even 3 days for my withdrawals I probably would not bother playing online at all, nevertheless I applaud Gossip for working as quickly as possible in a difficult market. Many times the wait takes fooooorrrrreeeevvvverrr!  Good to hear at least one casino is prompt.  Others should follow suit and realize if they make a player happy, not only do they share the good news but it also keeps one playing and paying.

I requested a cashout of 100 (160 minus the fee of 60$) yesterday, and guess what, I did receive it today  Pretty impressive.

That is great news LhasaLover,I read most of the posts and agree with everybody.

I just wanted to say that its so funny that they have a wonderful understanding about their part (making a deposit before you can play at their casino) in the products&services/customer relationship, but they do not deal well and at times make it very difficult with the end result, getting winners their money, doing it fast, giving us a method  to withdraw that is easiest for us.

Now those are the things that contribute to customer satisfaction.

With no E-wallets for US citizens on the market I would say the fastest you could get paid is within 3 days which is not the case for all other countries and it a lot faster. Quick Tender was the last option for US market  to offer an instant payment but it was closed 3 years  .
