1.I OPENED AN ACCOUNT HERE AND WON A TOURNAMENT AT POKER.AFTER I WON 125$ I PLAYED A FEW HANDS AT CASINO AND MADE 227$,I MADE A DEPOSIT BECASUSE THATS WHAT THEY SAID SO I CAN MAKE A WITHDRAW.
I MADE THE WITHDRAW ON THE 9TH OF NOVEMBER 2009 AND I STILL DIDNT GET MY MONEY.

SO PEOPLE DONT MAKE A ACCOUNT AT THESE THIEFS EVEN IF THEY PROMOTE NO DEPOSIT MONEY BECAUSE YOU HAVE ONLY TO LOSE.IF YOU MAKE MONEY FROM NO DEPOSIT BONUS YOU HAVE TO DEPOSIT AND YOU STILL CANT WITHDRAW BECAUSE THEY WONT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY.

yes i have spoken to live chat but they are useless.they tell me the same thing they tell me for 2 months that they didnt herard from cashier.
i also sent emails to their cashier and they didnt respond.
what can i do?

and if so did you read all terms & conditions on it

because for no deposit chips there is a playthrough amount, and also most no deposits chips exclude poker, roulete.. and such and such making the chip void on cash-out of you played them..
Give us more of an explaination if you can.

Its know known fact that they are rogue.  The only terms and conditions they have are you may deposit but you may not withdraw. 

i won at poker the money.there was a freeroll and i won 1 st place 120$.then i played blackjack and carribean stud and rullette.

the problem is not the playthrogh because i made the playthroght after i won at poker and i played a lot in the casino .

they simply dont want to give me my money.

I knew this casino was a joke.Just reading thier rules made me say nope. If you do a cashout before you make the playthrough,then your winnings are void.So beware becouse this is BS,you can't tell how much you wagerd and 24/7 live chat don't work after 12:00pm anymore.Must be a budget cut thier?

I thought about the regulators and looked at their site and there aren't any which is very worrying indeed.

I suggest you just keep harrassing them by email and live chat as often as you can until they finally give in and send you the money.  There isn't much else that you can do.

I have had successful withdrawals with them and never takes more then 24 hours to moneybookers, Im sorry to hear everyone is having problems, Im from New Zealand but cant see that would/should make any difference. Good luck guys hope you get your winnings ASAP!

Just to update my situation. I had few withdraws pending, over month. T&C's says that I cant wager if I have a pending withdrawal. Well, I did. Livechat said that to resolve this, I would have to reverse my withdrawals and wager them again with 30x playtrough. I had no choice but to try. The playtrough was close to 20000$. I manage to complete the playtrough, and made some profit too (cashout balance over 3x what it was at the start) and asked livechat am I now ok to "real" cashouts. They confirmed that I've completed the playtrough. I also asked the email-support for this, they confirmed this too. So i made my cashouts now, and will not wager anymore. Waiting again for cashiers reply.. Im still not confident that I ever see my money, but lets see.

Yesterday the livechat told me to be patient and the cashier will contact me.. yeah right.

I have had a withdrawn there and it has been there for over a month also and they refuse to do anything about it and you contact they live chat and they tell you it will be in the quicktender account in the near future which means when , and they then will not answer anything and end the chat , I think I have contact with them everyday for that long and the answer it the same everyday and I still have not got my cashout. They are a scam I think they tell you what you want to hear and they don't care , and this here  Eldorado Palace Casino you can feel safe when you make transactions .  When you need help you can get in touch with the staff through telephone that they do not answer ever, email they will never get back to you or live chat that you sit and wait for forever for and when they do answer and don't care . They are always available and the turnaround time for an answer is pretty much immediate if you like to wait for them to get back to you which is never . That would be nice if that were the turth they don't  care  they listen to nothing.
