Just a little reminder  -  when you are claiming a reward for signing up to a casino and making your first deposit in the last 30 days, please ensure you put your casino username or email in the box provided, not your forum username.

Example forum name Joe Bloggs, Casino username shown as Joe Bloggs - these are not sent as casino usernames cannot have spaces in them.  Another example - forum name JoeBloggs, casino name JoeBloggs, these are sent but all too often come back as "invalid username".

No, it takes a few days to contact the casinos, get the results and write to you if it fails / credit you if you qualify.  The casinos don't always respond quickly.

1. I signed up to oshi casino and made two deposits, followed the instructions 5 days on and still no 3 dollar lcb shop credit. I've been in touch with oshi casino and lcb and neither side cares or will fix this issue. I'm totally disappointed.

That's not true to say LCB doesn't care. I responded to your email asking you for your username and you replied confirming your username - I can't assume that a chat transcript with a casino is the same username as an LCB username so I have to double check first. I am on your case and it will be dealt with.  The reps more often than not don't give the entire response to the requested information and very often I have to go back to them two or 3 times to get the answers I need.  I'll keep you updated as to the position during this week.

Well, i think most of the LCB Free chip requires a deposit yeaahh, but there are couple of LCB Free chips that does not required a deposit.
