do all casinos only give you 50 cents on the dollar for play though? winpalace

hello everyone, I have a question, and I hope I get some feed back on this.  I deposited 21 dollars at win palace and got a 200% bonus and you have to play it though 25 times.  So I played it though 1600 worth, at this time I had a little over 300 I was going to withdraw minus the 42 dollar bonus I know they keep that kool. Any ways live chat tells me they only give you 50 cents on every dollar wagered towards the play though so this really means I would have to wager that original money 3000 in order to make a withdrawel , is it that way at all casinos? well guess what i did wager it to a little over the 3000 required of course my take home is now 120 dollars thats ok  i think i'll take it ,I go to withdraw and i know there going to take out the 42 dollar bonus so I think ok 70 some is better then nothing I go to withdraw and it says min withdrawl 100 dollars now after all this gambling I don't know whether to laugh or cry (more the latter) is this really the way they all are, cause i feel like I've been put though the ringer on this one.  There was no way I was going to get to withdraw   

it varies for different sites - most give 100% for slots and keno but i do know of a site that does the opposite giving 100% for blackjack and 5% for slots...before playing a freechip or deposit bonus always check the terms and conditions of the bonus and the game restrictions. Generally playthrough or waging requirements should be attainable and not impossible to meet so don't get too discouraged. As a new forum member, read a few more reviews on the members favourite casino sites before making another deposit...I know you will find one and be more confident making the playthrough.

Thank you soda69, I'm only new as far as posting anything here, I've been reading this forum for a couple years now and take this sites info as legit and it is.  Thanks to LCB members I have learned alot.  Now I have learned something esle.  Never assume anything

I think bonus is cashable at winpalace, why dont you try to withdraw $120 out?

No bonus is non-cashable. had a nice chat with amy from win palace this morning.  She informed me that they now have a new terms and conditions that is more to the players beneifit. As of today she says they now pay a 1-1 on the bonus play though.  Thanks to LCB I always read t&c before depositing anywhere and no where did it state .50-1 on wagering requirements.  To be fair it also doesn't state 1-1 on the new t&c either. I can't help but feel HAD. But I'll move on from this experience, the shame is I really DID like win palace.  jordan from support and adrianna from accounting have been nice and helpful in the past to me , as I have deposited and played there many times since this casino started. But now I just find another casino to play at, a little wiser now, But ty members for the feed back

I saw your post and also checked with Winpalace. Specifically the bonus that you took, Astro if I'm not mistaken, was 1-0.5, as it was stated in T&C. On the new t&c of the weekly bonuses, nothing is stated because all the weekly bonuses are 1-1, then there  is no need to mention that.
I was informed that as a good will gesture, you were credited with a free chip and that you are enjoying it as we speak.
